With the change of times and the progress of scientific research,the research scope of flow control theory is more and more extensive.In this paper,the external excitation wall-attached oscillator is studied,and the effects of the characteristic structure dimension of the wall-attached oscillator on the total voltage retention rate of the energy efficiency index of the externally excited oscillator and the minimum excitation current of the external excited oscillator characteristic are investigated.In order to solve the problem that the flow dead zone and mass transfer inhomogeneity are easily formed in the adsorption column in the traditional pressure swing adsorption process,the external excitation oscillating pulsating flow is applied to the traditional pressure swing adsorption,and the improvement effect of the excited gas on the pressure swing adsorption under different process parameters is explored.When the exit size is kept constant,the exciting effect is circular angle>sharp angle>concave angle.This is because it can be seen that the vortex produced by the concave angle is the most dense when the excitation flow changes to the wall,and the cusp angle is the second,the circular angle is the best.The vortex formed inside the exciter means the pressure loss,which is reflected in the total pressure retention rate,that is,the rounded angle is the best,the sharp angle is the second,and the concave angle is the least ideal.When the exit size is kept constant,when the angle size is about 0.8-2.0,the total pressure retention rate is always within a higher value,and the pressure loss begins to increase when the corner size is further expanded,because when the circle angle is too large,The time of wall-attached switching contact angle increases,which results in the increase of vortex time and the increase of oscillator pressure loss.The effect of exit size on the excitation effect is much greater than that on the split angle shape.When the outlet size is changed,both the minimum excitation flow and the pressure loss decrease with the decrease of the exit.The reason for the analysis may be that the decrease of the exit promotes the self-expansion effect of the external excited jet.When changing the split shape.When the angle is small,the main jet must be driven by a large flow rate to avoid direct collision with the split angle.When the angle is increased,the energy required for the wall attachment switch is increased,and the pressure loss is higher when the split angle is less than 20 degrees and more than 30 degrees.It is most suitable to consider the split angle of about 20 degree exciter.When the split distance is about 10mm,the pressure loss and minimum excitation flow are smaller and the characteristic size is better.Pulsating flow can improve the flow dead zone in the adsorption column and the inhomogeneous adsorption of adsorbents.Compared with the direct flow intake mode,the CO2 penetration point and penetration time of the pulsating flow are increased.As the frequency increases,the inlet effect of the pulsating flow is weakened.It may be due to the increase of the frequency,the quality of the pulsating flow decreases and the adsorption column flow is adsorbed.As the flow rate increases,the penetration time of the two types of intake decreases,the penetration time difference is the largest when 25L./min,and the effect on the starting point is more obvious when the flow is lower.As the pressure increases,the time difference increases,the pressure rises,and the pulsating flow is absorbed.The increase of adsorbent pressure on CO2 may lead to the mass increase of pulsating flow and the enhancement of mass transfer,the increase of packing height enhances the effect of excitation flow because the length of mass transfer zone increases and the volume of dead zone increases..
