Due to the rapid growth of the demand for spectrum resources,he traditional allocation strategy is no longer suitable for the current spectrum environment.Although some dynamic spectrum allocation technologies based on static allocation mechanism can alleviate the problem of certain spectrum resource scarcity,they cannot solve the problem from the root.Cognitive radio(CR)is considered to be a technology that can fundamentally improve spectrum scarcity.It allows the secondary users to realize the secondary utilization of the authorized spectrum without affecting the primary user according to the environmental information obtained by the perception.In the filling access model,the cognitive users use the authorized spectrum to allocate through the way of machine selection,which is an important research hotspot.??The main work of this paper is as follows: 1.The problem of spectrum allocation based on Cr filling access model,which takes maximizing network efficiency and user fairness as fitness function,is studied,and the problem of spectrum allocation optimization based on graph theory coloring model is solved by intelligent algorithm.2.In this paper,Adaptive Learning Cuckoo Search(ALCS)is proposed.It is an adaptive algorithm and integrates the excellent characteristics of differential evolution.3.A new hybrid crow search algorithm,Multi Segment Interaction Sharing Crow Search Algorithm(MISCSA),is proposed in this paper.The sharing mechanism is added in the algorithm,and the disturbance in different stages is added to accelerate the convergence speed and precision.4.The solution domains of ALCS and MISCSA are discretized and applied in the allocation.The problem of maximizing the total benefit and user fairness of the system is simulated and analyzed in multi dimensions.??The simulation results show that the proposed ALCS and MISCSA have better global convergence,which shows that the two algorithms have better generality and are easy to transplant to other engineering optimization problems.And these two algorithms can effectively solve the discrete optimization problem of spectrum allocation,which has higher network efficiency and fairness,and can meet the needs of more extensive applications.
