As a new type of inertial device,the dual longitudinal mode self-biased laser gyro is a brand-new zero-lock zone,all-solid-state,linearly polarized laser gyro.It overcomes the inherent blocking effect of the laser gyro,eliminates a series of problems such as the random walk phenomenon caused by mechanical vibration,and improves the performance of the gyroscope.In the experiment,it is found that the frequency range of the double longitudinal mode self-bias frequency phenomenon of the laser gyro is very narrow.To stabilize the frequency of the double longitudinal mode laser gyro in a very narrow frequency range has become the key to the engineering application of the self-bias frequency laser gyro.On the basis of the existing technology,a high-precision frequency stabilization circuit system of a double longitudinal mode self-biased laser gyro is designed based on FPGA,so as to realize a stable operation of the double longitudinal mode self-biased frequency of the laser gyro.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Theoretical analysis of the working principle of the laser gyro.Based on the semi-classical theory of laser oscillation,combined with the structural parameters of the laser gyro resonator length,dual isotope ratio,gain gas pressure,etc.,the power tuning characteristics of the double longitudinal mode laser gyro were studied and the Laser gyroscope's double longitudinal mode self-bias frequency stabilization frequency operating point;2.Based on the principle of small jitter frequency stabilization,under the condition of double longitudinal mode,the first harmonic component of the power tuning characteristic curve is used as the frequency stabilization scheme of the frequency-sensitive control phase-sensitive error signal;3.A dual longitudinal mode frequency stabilization circuit system is designed.The FPGA is used to process the feedback signal and combined with the PID control algorithm for frequency stabilization drive control.For high-precision frequency stabilization,a 24-bit high-precision ADC device is used as the core module of the error acquisition circuit.The frequency-stabilized drive uses low-power op amps and high-precision digital-to-analog conversion devices to enhance the reliability of the frequency-stabilized drive end;4.Build high-voltage power supply system,photoelectric conversion preamplifier circuit system,steady current control system,phase discrimination counting system experimental platform,combined with frequency stabilization circuit system for experimental verification,through data comparison,confirmed the feasibility of dual longitudinal mode frequency stabilization control technology.
