The drop test mainly tests the ability of the sample to resist unexpected impact by simulating the accidental drop of the sample during handling or loading and unloading,which is an important way to test the safety and reliability of the sample package.In view of the current situation that the existing drop test system is limited in automation and is not suitable for the drop test of military supplies packages,the paper proposes a drop test control system that combines a three-stage pneumatic manipulator with a drop test,which has the function of automatically adjusting the drop attitude of the test specimen.Firstly,to complete the overall design of the control system,it is important to analyze the main structure and components,to design the overall working process and to determine the control function of the test system based on the drop test standard.Secondly,in allusion to the problem that the manipulator may slide during the lifting and clamping process,the paper came up with a method of the clamping manipulator applied with the slip detection technology,and selected a piezoelectric thin film polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)piezoelectric film sensor to analyze the mechanism of sensor,so that it designed a conditioning circuit that can improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the sensor.Aiming at the problem that the gripping force of the manipulator is difficult to control,it established a threestage pneumatic manipulator pneumatic servo system and at the time the gripping force control system of the manipulator is modeled and analyzed.In order to further verify the applicability of this method,it determined the system transfer function through linearization and used the method of the fuzzy PID adaptive control to increase the clamping force of the manipulator and used MATLAB/Simulink toolbox to conduct simulation analysis of the control method.Finally,the key hardware selection of the drop test system is carried out and the software design of the gripping force control sub-system of the manipulator,the test subheight control sub-system and the test sub-drop attitude adjustment control sub-system are designed.
