| SMD intelligent bin system is used in the industries of SMD patch in the automatic warehouse system,for the degree of automation of the SMD patch increasing market,the development of the SMD intelligent bin system for SMT industry automation and high efficiency is particularly important,based on the realistic problems in enterprise production and demand,and designed a special SMD Tower intelligent bin system,standard for SMD materials plate automatic access,storage,inventory management,and other functions,to improve the traditional way of access to artificial materials plate work efficiency,and reduce the chances of errors in the process of production,At the same time,the inventory management system can be more effective in material management and statistics.In this paper,on the basis of fully understanding the research and development status of intelligent silo system at home and abroad,the Tower structure is selected as the main structure of the design scheme,combined with the SMD standard material storage requirements given by the enterprise,the scheme design of the special SMD Tower intelligent storage system is completed.Firstly,the 3d model is drawn with the 3d software SolidWorks,and the design work of each part and the calculation and selection of driving elements are determined.Secondly,the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench was used for static analysis to obtain the cloud map of static simulation analysis.Then select the three components that have the greatest impact on the overall weight of the smart storage system of SMD Tower,and select five of them as the variables for the optimal design of the response surface method for lightweight design.The result is that the total weight is reduced by 186.26 kg on the premise of meeting the requirements of stress and deformation.Next,in order to avoid resonance phenomenon of the main support structure and the material plate clamping device caused by the motor drive,the modal analysis is carried out on the main support structure and the material plate clamping device structure is optimized according to the analysis structure.The optimization results avoid resonance phenomenon caused by the motor in the mechanical equipment.Furthermore,in order to meet the requirements of production and design,the kinematics simulation analysis was carried out by ADAMS,and the motion characteristic curves and dynamic demonstration of each driving pair were calculated.Finally,after the structure design and optimization of SMD Tower intelligent storage system is completed,the function design of the management and control module of the system is carried out.The appropriate PLC model is selected for the control of each module.Meanwhile,the control structure diagram and wiring principle diagram are drawn. |
