Research On Storage Expansion And Personnel Information Management Based On Blockchain

With the continuous development of information technology,enterprises,universities and governments are stepping up the construction of personnel information management,so a large number of personal information is collected and stored.However,if these data are abused or leaked,it will cause an immeasurable impact on the personal and property security of citizens;In addition,as an important asset of independent institutions,data is difficult to be shared by multiple institutions,resulting in the phenomenon of data island.Therefore,it is an important solution for personnel management to find a method that can not only ensure data security,prevent data leakage and tampering,but also be shared under certain restrictions.Therefore,from the perspective of data security,this paper uses the data storage security of blockchain to explore the feasibility of solving some problems in the process of personnel information management.Blockchain technology has many advantages,such as the non tamperability of data and the traceability of data,which can effectively solve the data security problems in traditional information management.Therefore,blockchain has great application potential in personnel information management with high data privacy,in addition,blockchain such as consortium blockchain can manage data by organization,so it can share data within a certain range and release greater data valueBut it also has its own defects that can not be ignored,that is,the storage space is very limited,which leads to the fact that blockchain can not be directly applied to the field of large data level storage such as personnel information,so the problem of small storage space has become the main problem limiting the development of blockchain scale and industrialization.This paper studies the blockchain technology comprehensively.In order to effectively combine the blockchain and information management,it focuses on the storage expansion of the blockchain,proposes and constructs a novel data storage model of on-chain and out-of-chain.Combined with the advantages of the blockchain and the central database,it can effectively alleviate the problem of data redundancy and storage space shortage,and achieve the effect of expansion.Based on this model,a personnel information management and analysis system is developed,which takes personnel informationmanagement as the landing application of the model,verifies the feasibility of applying blockchain to information management,and explores the possibility of combining blockchain and big data.The data storage model is universal,and it can be applied not only to the field of personnel management,but also to the data storage area that has not yet been touched by the block chain.
