Fog radio access network(F-RAN)can effectively alleviate the capacity burden of the front link,and achieve high spectral efficiency and energy efficiency.It is called the next generation mobile communication network prospect candidate technology.However,due to the limited cache space and user demand volatility,F-RAN's cache problem is facing many practical challenges.In recent years,cache strategy and its correlation impact on system performance indicators have been the focus of relevant scholars.Starting from the actual requirements of fog access point(F-AP)caching in application scenarios,this paper focuses on the research of data caching strategy and system function optimization of F-AP,mainly including the following aspects:First of all,the background and research status of current wireless communication network and F-RAN are analyzed,the prominent problems in F-RAN such as cache hit rate and system energy consumption are combed,and the research content of data cache strategy is determined.Secondly,a F-RAN mathematical model is established in a limited area based on application scenarios.In order to evaluate the overall cache efficiency of the F-RAN system,the concept of average hit ratio is extended based on a single hit ratio,and the mathematical function relationship between the average hit ratio and transmission energy consumption is derived.In order to analyze the relationship between the average hit ratio and transmission energy consumption,the single-objective optimization algorithm was used to optimize the cache strategy with the average hit ratio and transmission energy consumption as indicators.The research shows that the cache storage mode with high hit ratio consumes more energy in transmission,and the cache storage mode with low transmission energy consumption has lower hit ratio.Aiming at the practical problem of how to reduce the energyconsumption of data transmission on the premise of high hit ratio,this paper uses NSGA-II multi-objective optimization algorithm to optimize the storage mode of F-AP data in this range.The purpose is to get multiple global optimal solutions,take a compromise between hit ratio and transmission energy consumption,realize the balance of making full use of F-AP data cache utilization and reducing the energy consumption of F-RAN as much as possible.Finally,the algorithm data simulation research:(1)double objective optimization research: research and analyze the difference of energy consumption data of different nodes under the same hit ratio;compare the hit ratio data of different nodes under the same energy consumption;(2)compare the energy consumption and hit ratio with the traditional data storage mode.(3)The comparison of energy consumption and hit ratio with traditional cache algorithm.The results show that the hit ratio and transmission energy consumption of the optimized data storage strategy performs better than those of the traditional data storage method and caching algorithm,and the optimized data storage strategy can effectively reduce the storage space of F-AP,extent the life of F-AP storage equipment to a certain extent,and has guiding significance for effectively reducing the deployment and maintenance cost of F-RAN.
