Data,algorithm and computing power are particularly important in era of big data and artificial intelligence nowadays.The core of data mining research is to design algorithms according to massive data to mine the knowledge after "data association" and then visualize its value.Among data mining algorithms,neural network is an effective data analysis and processing method in handling texts,images,audio and other digital information.According to the background above,the thesis mainly studies on neural network based data mining algorithm and the application of data mining algorithms in specific fields.The main contributions are summarized as follows:(1)Research on neural network interpretation:the thesis discusses the mainstream research methods and some progress made so far.Based on the task of text classification and fastText model,this thesis designs an extended network NNF with interpretable structure.By comparing the performance of fastText and NNF in the same task,it is found that NNF performs well in many aspects and has certain application value.(2)Research on deep neural network based data mining algorithm :The thesis includes the studies on text classification algorithm--TextCNN,association rule algorithm--FP-growth and clustering algorithm--LDA.In this thesis,TextCNN structure is analyzed in order to obtain its peculiarity while dealing with classification tasks.By training and testing TextCNN on a specific data set,its application value is effectively proved.By comparing and analyzing the quotas of fastText,NNF and TextCNN models in the same data set,it is also confirmed that TextCNN has more application value in engineering.(3)Design and implementation of a big data analysis platform:Based on the neural network theory,a Tibetan big data analysis platform is implemented by applying data mining algorithms.According to software engineering theory,the platform follows the steps of requirement analysis,general and detailed design,code implementing and testing.By visualizing the results on the platform,valuable knowledge about "politics","culture" and "society" topics is mined out.
