Along with the development of logging technology, the application of computer intelligence, intelligent logging interpretation evaluation system is formed. Through optimized the application of all kinds of logging data and logging data in the oil and gas’ s exploration and development, and overcomed the interference caused by data for intelligent interpretation evaluation, this is the next urgent problem needed to solve. Analysis the method of neural network and fuzzy reasoning and introduce to the oil and gas reservoir parameter prediction, not only can optimize application mode, and overcome the data logging data to forecast evaluation’s interference, at the same time, through neural network and fuzzy reasoning algorithm, and synthetically use a variety of logging and logging data, according to the lithology, electrical, physical property and oil content characteristics, to make qualitative evaluation of laminar liquid storage and its industrial value, it is the completion and testing horizon determined to provide important basis for decision-making. In the field of the logging technology, because of the type and format of data is various, the analysis and operation mode is also uneven, and short of an unified data normalized method, through the improvement and optimization of neural network algorithm, to solve the lack of suitable method for logging data processing in this field, and appliced cases for reference.According to the above problem, this article based on the geochemical data normalization method combining with neural network and fuzzy reasoning algorithm to predict the reservoir parameters of oil and gas layer, realize to improve the rate of identification and evaluation of oil and gas geochemical data. Finally, through the application of the system, on the one hand, predicting oil and gas production for policymakers, on the other hand, providing a reference for the application of neural network in engineering logging. The specific content is as follows:1. This article obtains from the logging geochemical data characteristics, a detailed analysis of the data normalization method, and established geochemical data normalization method of the logging, which compared the characteristics of different data, its advantages and disadvantages of data normalization method, for logging interpretation of oil and gas exploration data normalization processing provides a unified standard; Logging geochemical data normalization processing method research for logging interpretation support integration system provides data for the development of the preparation conditions, for the identification and evaluation and reservoir parameter prediction accuracy of oil and gas provides the specification of the data.2.
