The development of science and technology promotes the development of today's society.Communication electronics has complicated the electromagnetic environment.EMI interference in electronic countermeasure environment has a direct impact on the communication ability and technical performance of information equipment.The research of national defense is advancing towards comprehensive and regional electronic information system,and the frequency suppressors of function integration and space integration gradually show their advantages.If the signal processing can realize real-time multiplexing,it will be the best one in this field.Anti electromagnetic interference filter is a typical important products against electromagnetic interference of electronic system.To get rid of dependence on imports,the electronic system equipment needs upgrade,and the progress of EMI filter,the key component,is highly valued.The feed through filter,it has a very powerful high-frequency filtering effect,it plays a key role in the circuit and is to solve conducted electromagnetic interference Ideal components.At present,the feed-through filter array(hereinafter referred to as filter array),which are rarely known about the professional manufacturers of this kind of products at home and abroad,but the array filter chip,as its core component,has developed quickly and stably.In this thesis,the application status and future development trend of the feed-through filter array are briefly summarized,the basic theory and design modeling of the feed-through filter array are introduced,the fabrication method of this kind of filter array is summarized,the test and results are analyzed and discussed,and the environmental test situation and conclusions are shared.According to the requirements of filtering ability of filter array,the design and research of the feed-through filter array are carried out.The design theory,manufacture method and test situation are analyzed and expressed.The product developed in this thesis is a new type of feed-through filter with high integration.It is a collection of multiple feed-through filters,and it is also a new direction for the future development of array structure connectors.Combining the advantages of multi-channel real-time filtering of array filter chip and the mechanical performance of array components which are convenient for connector installation,it is a difficult problem that both filter manufacturers and connector manufacturers want to overcome.Filter array is an extension of the concept of feed-through filter.When there are many signal terminals to be processed in the electronic system,the number of wires required to implement the filtering effect will increase.The feed-through filter need to connect and install one by one.Multiple connections bring the risk of increasing contact resistance and reducing the reliability of the system.At this time,the problem of using filter array is handled.The 128 core feed-through filter array studied in this thesis is the highest core number in the domestic industry standard,and the minimum distance between holes is only 1.35 mm.Solving the design and manufacturing process of this product will have important practical significance for expanding the multi-channel real-time performance of the filter,and will also promote the further expansion of the anti electromagnetic interference system.Complete the fabrication,debugging and testing of the feed-through filter array.We can know from the test results that the insertion loss index of this kind of device reaches 55 dB at 300 MHz and above 50 dB at 1GHz,which shows that the research has achieved the expected purpose and can solve the electromagnetic interference problems caused by the conduction interference and radiation interference of equipment transmission signal and power signal.
