Association Analysis System For Technology And Ability Network

It has exerted a huge impact on all walks of life while the development and progress of science and technology,and provided an unprecedented driving force for economic and social development.In this paper,relevant theories and technologies of knowledge graph are introduced to develop a system which named association analysis for technology and ability network,so as to construct the field technology system and industry ability system,explore and analyze the correlation between technology and ability system.Visual method is used to provide users with clear intuitive analysis results.This paper has built a server-side framework through supporting Spring Boot.The graph database HugeGraph is used to store business data in the form of knowledge graph.Vue and D3.js are used to realize front-end page display,and association analysis for technology and ability network is designed and implemented.The main business requirements solved in this system include:(1)Automatic construction of technology and ability system.The hierarchical system construction of data is designed and realized through the Louvain clustering algorithm;(2)Correlation analysis between technical field and ability.The node correlation analysis is completed by calculating the weighted degree of node and the relationship of correlation;(3)Network analysis of technology and ability.The network core nodes are found through the central algorithm,and the similarity degree between nodes is quantified by similarity calculation.The system is divided into six functional modules: The technology/ability network management module is used for the construction and maintenance of relational network data;The network core discovery module is used to discover the technologies or targets that play a central role in the relational network;The system building module is used to construct the system level of technical field and ability;The system analysis module is used to analyze the correlation between technical field and ability;The recommendation module is used for ranking presentations based on similarity and hot spot calculations;The graph data management module is used to complete data import and statistics.Through the on-line test of the system,the system runs normally.The visual analysis page is simple and friendly.The multi-dimensional system analysis function meets the actual demand,which helps users to build and maintain technology and ability systems in different fields.
