Knowledge graph is an important basic resource for the application of artificial intelligence,and the field of intelligent manufac turing combining artificial intelligence and manufacturing has gradually become the core development direction of the new generation of industrial revolution.Because of the complexity of high-value complex products,assembly is difficult and easy to make mistakes.The assembly guide is a very important auxiliary tool.Using the data format of the knowledge map,a graph structure,is more convenient for the storage and retrieval of complex knowledge in the computer system.Based on the knowledge graph technology tool,combined with the interactive design method,this paper uses the assembly knowledge of the complex product of the AGV smart car as the knowledge base,and designs an intuitive,efficient and easy-tolearn assembly guide question and answer system.First of all,according to the project needs of the enterprise,the core energy supply device in the AGV smart car-the transfer device is designed for the mechanical structure,and the special parts and standard parts involved are classified and named,and sorted into a structured database to import into Knowledge graph data.Then,the elements in the structured data are matched with the nodes and edges in the graph database neo4 j.According to the grouping of parts,different colors and connection methods are set for different groups of parts with different properties.Then,according to the established rules,the data are manually input into neo4 j one by one to form graph data,which can be used as data support for subsequent retrieval.Next,the intelligent question answering system of the assembly guide is designed according to the user-centered design rule.Starting from the establishment of the mental model,the user needs and the user use process are explored,and the interaction logic and process are determined.Then to the visual design of the interface,the overall design conforms to the industrial style to give people a professional feel,and the scene-based design is added to reduce the user's cognitive burden on the interface.After the interface is designed and made,the front-end development is carried out according to its interface design specifications.The back-end is a combination of knowledge graphs and visualization materials,and the entire system is developed using a front-end separation framework;after development,a control experiment is carried out to verify its usability,and the experiment proves This system can indeed improve assembly efficiency and reduce learning costs.Through the verification of specific cases,this paper successfully developed an intelligent question answering system of assembly guide with simple and intuitive interface,convenient and efficient use,and fast and accurate result information.This is an exploration of entity information input in the field of knowledge mapping visualization,which provides a new idea for intelligent manufacturing to implement the whole R & D and design process,a good way for knowledge storage and reuse,and a new method for simplifying assembly work and after-sales maintenance work.
