With the construction of intelligent society, flexible and portable sensors as the vital part have been applied to various areas, such as electronic displays, bionic robots, and health monitoring.More and more efforts are devoted to improving sensitivity and stability of the devices with lower cost and energy consumption,as well as easier processing and preparation.Among the multifarious substrates for the flexible sensor constitution, the simple and facile available paper holds the most promising future owing to its plentiful virtues, for instance, porous structures for carrying much more responsive matter, abundant hydroxyl content in favor of well surface modification, and even less expensive compared to other substrates.Nowadays, paper chips based on carbon materials,semi-conductors,polymers as well as environmental sensitive compounds have been widely used for the commercial real-time detection and in-situ analysis of disease, water quality or poisonous gas. Moreover, various techniques such as printing, photolithography and spin-coating have also been exploited for the functional paper-chip production.Such approaches have greatly reduced the cost and simplified the processes for the manufacture of flexible sensors. However, the necessity of special inks, instruments or templates has restricted their promotion to some degree. This thesis will be discussed from the following two aspects:(1)Writable temperature sensor contained with pyrene-based ionic liquids based on paper.First, prepare the ionic liquid we need,as a basic temperature-sensing substance. Then, this temperature-sensing ionic liquid was added into the basic composition of the pencil lead to prepare the pencil lead and the temperature sensor chip used in the experiment. The composites were characterized by means of UV and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The microstructure and thermodynamic properties of the composites were observed and the suitable experimental equipment was selected. Finally, the electrical performance of the temperature sensor chip was tested by the electrochemical workstation to find out the optimal ionic liquid content and the relationship between the electrical performance of the temperature sensor and the light intensity. The temperature sensor was applied to practical applications.(2)Second,for printable temperature sensors containing pyrene-based ionic liquids.First of all, choose a variety of ionic liquids we need,as a thermal substance.A series of characterization methods, such as FTIR,H NMR and TG,were used to characterize the ionic liquids. The basic properties of the ionic liquids were basically understood. Then, the selected thermosensitive ionic liquid is added into the basic composition of the ink to prepare an ink suitable for screen printing, and then the ink printing is respectively printed on the base of A4 paper,PET film board and white cotton cloth through the screen printing method,Get asked about the temperature sensor chip. The composite material was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)to find out the adhesion of the ink on the substrate. In order to facilitate the experiment, the sensor chip made of A4 paper was selected as the research object. Finally, the electrical performance of different temperature sensor chips was tested by electrochemical workstation to find the optimal sensor chip width. And look forward to the temperature sensor chip applied to the wearable sensor.
