With The rapid development of 5G Generation Mobile communication technology,The r&d and design of MIMO(multi-Input multi-output)array antennas of various types,index performance certification and actual mass production as well as rf test technology are indispensable for each link.As a new generation of system test technology,compared with the traditional indoor multiprobe spherical near-field and indoor and field test system,such as tightening of plane wave generator covers an area of space and the production cost has a big advantage,test precision completely depends on the comprehensive quality of the plane wave,so for the comprehensive quality of the plane wave algorithm optimization is the focus of this article..Starting from the theory of plane wave synthesis,this paper introduces the least square method based on singular value decomposition and the basis of genetic algorithm used by non-uniform array optimization algorithm in detail.From a peacekeeping two-dimensional two aspects to establish model,adopt homogeneous permutation arrays filament current as the ideal array,using the least square method to carry on the plane wave synthesis,comprehensive plane wave generated by computer simulation of phase analysis,combination of array element number change and the size of the sample surface distance to explore a general relationship with the comprehensive quality of plane wave.Secondly,the half-wave array is used as the antenna to simulate the scanning test ability of the integrated plane wave in the actual measurementThe traditional plane wave synthesis mainly USES different algorithms to optimize the element excitation of uniform array,but the basic optimization effect is limited and it is relatively difficult to reproduce.In this paper,the non-uniform array algorithm based on sparse and thinned optimization is proposed,which changes the position of the array elements and combines with the least square method to calculate and optimize the comprehensive plane wave,and compares the quality of the integrated plane wave from the uniformly distributed array with the same number of elements.Compared with the plane wave quality integrated by the traditional uniform array with the same array number,the position optimization was mainly carried out for the uniform array with the static area size of 1 m based on the central frequency of 3GHz of the sub-6g band,which effectively reduced the array size by more than 30%and the amplitude and phase fluctuation of the static area by 50%.It has a better guiding effect on the production of actual plane wave generator.
