Particulate matter is closely related to industrial production technology and product quality.To a certain extent,the particle size and shape of particles affect the performance and quality of industrial product materials.With the continuous pursuit of product quality,the measurement of particle size and shape has become an essential work in industrial production application and scientific research.Among the many particle measurement methods,the dynamic image analysis method can not only measure the particle size,but also statistically describe the particle shape,which makes up for various shortcomings in the static image analysis process,and can quickly measure a large number of particles.This paper mainly researches the dynamic image granularity and shape analysis system based on dry method.The research content includes particle image processing algorithm,particle characteristic parameter measurement,graphical representation of particle measurement results,design of analysis system,etc.Firstly,industrial camera and lens are selected according to the expected particle measurement range,the particle dispersion part is designed by using electromagnetic vibration feeder,the control circuit is designed according to the system control requirements,and the dry dynamic image particle granularity and shape analysis system device is built according to the overall architecture layout.Secondly,the necessary link in the particle image processing and the operation efficiency of each step of the algorithm are analyzed.By improving the Canny edge detection algorithm,a particle image processing algorithm suitable for the dry dynamic image particle granularity and shape analysis system is designed.While ensuring the real-time nature of the particle image processing,while taking into account the accuracy of the measurement results,the particle image can be processed quickly and accurately.Then,the software of image processing and analysis system is designed,which can control the electromagnetic vibration intensity,light source illumination intensity and camera parameter settings of the analysis system.The software can set the number of collected images,and can calibrate the images.While collecting and storing images,the dynamic library of image processing algorithms is called to perform particle image processing,and the data is statistically calculated in real time and displayed through graphical representation.The measurement data of all particles are stored,and the data display interface is designed to facilitate data review.Finally,the experimental results of the dry dynamic image particle granularity and shape analysis system are analyzed,and the processing speed of particle image is statistically analyzed,the accuracy and repeatability of the system are verified.The source of measurement uncertainty affecting the measurement results of the dry dynamic image particle granularity and shape analysis system designed in this paper is analyzed,and the uncertainty analysis and evaluation is performed.Through experimental test analysis,the dynamic image particle granularity and shape analysis system of dry method is designed and researched in this paper.With the output of 24 particle information parameters,it can identify and process 15,000 effective particles per minute.The error of the D50 data value corresponding to the analysis system accuracy and repeatability experiment results are less than 3%,and the error of the D10 and D90 data values are less than 5%.The accuracy and repeatability of the analysis system meet the requirements.Through the evaluation of the uncertainty of the measurement results,the analysis system measures 14-mesh stone particles,and the relative expanded uncertainty of the D50 measurement result is 2.16%.According to the analysis of experimental results,the dynamic image particle granularity and shape analysis system of dry method is designed and researched in this paper meets the design requirements and can be applied to actual production test.
