| As the tool of functional imaging, the single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) can detect the early functional changes, blood supply of heart, brain, liver, kidney, lung and other organs. It plays an important role in disease diagnosis and treatment.Renal dynamic functional imaging can evaluate the function of total kidney and renal. It obtained the parameters from dynamic renal imaging such as glomerular filtration rate(GFR) and effective renal plasma flow(ERPF) using different imaging agents.This article studied the influencing factors of quantitative analysis of renal dynamic factors systematically. From the quantitative parameters, we can analyze the impact factors and correction methods to current methods such as Gate's method of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and schlegal method of effective renal plasma flow (ERPF). Studies have shown that the results influenced by various elements, such as protein binding of imaging agents, region of interest area, the background, kidney depth, patients' ages, and so on. This article is a comprehensive review of those elements and improve it to make it more in line with the Chinese people.In the article, I analyze the statistical characteristics of the noise in renal dynamic image from SPECT, Besides, I realize filters programming according to several methods, such as median filtering, adaptive spatial filtering, and blind deconvolution. By comparison, analysis of these methods to remove noise in dynamic renal imaging.How to outline the ROI in renal dynamic image exactly is also an important factors impact of GFR. The software with renal dynamic quantitative analysis extract the ROI still need artificial outlined. On the basis of summarized existing ROI extract methods in renal dynamic image, we had the relevant research about ROI automatically outlined. Firstly, adaptive filter are used to remove the noises in the digital image. Secondly, ostu method is used to determine the threshold automatically and the binary image can be obtained. Thirdly, After using alternating filter for smoothing the object in binary image, contour tracking method is used to extract the renal contour. Fourthly, use chain code method to repair the renal contour for a smoother boundary. Lastly, based on the pixels set the background ROI, thus,automatic ROI extraction can be realized. These methods above have improved the precision of quantification and the automation level, which have great value in application. |
