The rapid development of information and communication technology has brought convenience to people's life, study and work.More and more people choose to seek knowledge on the network. For the network platform, how to enhance the user's intent ion of continued knowledge seeking is particularly important. From the perspectives of expectation recognition and transactive memory systems, this thesis studies the influencing factors of continued academic knowledge seeking intention, which has theoretical and practical implications. This thesis first analyzes the research background and implications, and reviews the research status of domestic and foreign knowledge seeking and continued use intention. Then,it expounds the theory of expectation confirmation, transactive memory systems and other related theories to provide theoretical support for this thesis. On the basis of these,it develops the research model and hypotheses. Then,it develops the scale and collects the data.In the data analysis, the measurement model is tested. The results show that expectation confirmation directly affects satisfaction and perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness directly affects satisfaction and continued academic knowledge seeking intention. The second-order model of transactive memory systems is verified. The construct of transactive memory systems is reflected by three first-order constructs: specialization, credibility and coordination. The construct of transactive memory systems has a significant positive impact on continued academic knowledge seeking intention. As control variables, academic self-efficacy and affect-based trust have significant positive impacts on continued academic knowledge seeking intention. In addition, based on individual characteristics of users, the mean differences of expectation confirmation, perceived usefulness, transactive memory systems, satisfaction, academic self-efficacy,affect-based trust, continued academic knowledge seeking intention, are analyzed.
