The globalization of economy and the rapid development of Internet technology have brought new development opportunities to cross-border e-commerce.and he has found a new way to develop trade between countries.The reason why cross-border e-commerce develops rapidly in a short time is that it has many advantages,the most important of which is to save a lot of time and energy of both parties to the transaction and improve the efficiency of the transaction.Laos is one of the countries with better economic development in Southeast Asia,but the development of e-commerce in Laos is still in its primary stage,and there is still a lot of room for its development value,plus the development of Lao Internet technology is better,the development of the market also has There is a lot of room,so for Laos,the use of cross-border e-commerce with other countries to carry out economic trade,in essence also for the Lao economic transformation.Based on externality theory,bilateral market theory,competitive advantage theory and transaction cost theory,this paper studies cross-border e-commerce in Laos by cross-border e-commerce in Laos.Firstly,cross-border e-commerce in Laos is developing rapidly Second,the main problems existing in cross-border e-commerce in Laos are as follows:first,the legal system of cross-border e-commerce is not perfect,the network infrastructure is not perfect,the registration system of e-commerce is not perfect,the import and export tariffs are too high,and the lack of cross-border electricity Businessmen and poor advertising.In order to ensure the steady progress of cross-border e-commerce in Laos,this paper mainly puts forward the following suggestions:first,improve the legal system of cross-border e-commerce and provide the legal basis for the development of cross-border e-commerce;second,improve the network infrastructure and implement the registration system of e-commerce;third,reduce import tariffs,increase the strength of talent training,and strengthen advertising publicity.In addition,in view of the proposed suggestions,this paper also from the internal organizational structure,human resources management,risk management and corporate culture construction and other aspects of the security system.
