Adaptive signal processing technology is of great significance to the development of the modern era.In a special measurement field similar to the space environment,the temperature of the measurement environment is affected by the temperature,which causes the measurement data to fluctuate to varying degrees.This can make it difficult for conventional measurement methods to complete the measurement task in accordance with the established goals.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a three-dimensional small-angle measurement system with high measurement accuracy,good temperature characteristics,and strong anti-interference ability through the adaptive filtering algorithm to improve the temperature influence factors.Analyze the principle of adaptive signal processing.In order to develop a three-dimensional small angle measuring system with the above properties,the theory of adaptive filter and adaptive filtering algorithm needs to be studied.The adaptive filter part includes its structure,basic principles,related characteristics and application scenarios.The adaptive filtering algorithm mainly introduces the derivation process of four common algorithm formulas,which are LMS algorithm,NLMS algorithm,RLS algorithm and Sigmoid function variable step size least mean square algorithm.The experimental platform is built for the three-dimensional small angle measuring system.Based on the theoretical design of the three-dimensional small angle measurement system,complete the hardware circuit design,including the data processing circuit and the amplifier filter circuit.In addition,you need to complete the design of the embedded measurement system,including the selection of the AD sampling module,the selection of the control module,and the selection of the display module.The simulation process of the experiment is completed for several selected adaptive filtering algorithms.It mainly compares the performance of LMS algorithm,NLMS algorithm and several improved variable step minimum mean square algorithms cited from references.These performances include four aspects: the convergence of the algorithm,the convergence speed of the algorithm,the stability of the algorithm and the computational complexity of the algorithm itself.Four aspects of computational complexity.Based on the above,a comprehensive performance optimization algorithm is proposed.Finally,it is simulated and compared with the above algorithms.Experimental verification is performed on a system to which an adaptive filtering algorithm has been applied.First,the calibration of PSD was completed through experiments.Then compare the actual measured value and the theoretical value of the PSD linearity.The detection data of the system without the adaptive filtering algorithm and the detection data of the system with the adaptive filtering algorithm are compared to complete the experimental verification.The three-position small-angle measurement system studied in this paper has a measurement accuracy better than 0.3 ?,a measurement range of±10 ?,a resolution of 0.01 ?,and good stability of the displayed value.
