With the increase in labor costs and the introduction of Industry 4.0,complex factory floor operations have become more automated,and machine safety has become increasingly necessary.The safety blanket can convert the external pressure signal into an electrical signal,and make an early warning action to the dangerous source harmful to the human body.In this paper,a pressure sensor unit based on flexible electrode materials and micro-structured sensing elements is studied,and a sensor array is designed based on the sensor unit and applied to a safety blanket system.Using the designed sensor array,sensor signal acquisition circuit,multi-function data acquisition card and signal acquisition and analysis software designed with Lab VIEW software,a complete set of intelligent safety blanket system was constructed.The thesis analyzes the sensing principle of the pressure sensor and sensor array in detail from three aspects:the structure design of the safety blanket,the design of the sensor unit and the sensor array,and the test experiment.The main work content and results are as follows:1?Using the V-groove structure,the theoretical model of the piezoresistive effect of the sensor is analyzed and established.The pressure sensor unit and sensor array are designed based on flexible electrode materials with good force-sensitive characteristics and microstructured sensing elements,and their working principles are analyzed..2?A new flexible sensing system packaging method based on temperature difference imprinting is proposed.This method uses body bonding,which has a good bonding effect and ensures the stability of the sensor performance.A new connection method is designed in which a copper ring is used to crimp the flexible lead of the flexible pressure sensor and the metal wire.This lead connection method has a simple process and maintains a stable connection between the wire and the sensor without damaging the flexible lead.3?The structure of the safety blanket is designed,and a new type of flexible pressure sensor array is used for pressure sensing,which expands the pressure measurement range and application scenarios of the safety blanket.The signal acquisition circuit of the safety blanket is designed based on the data acquisition card to collect and analyze the force data of the safety blanket.4?Based on Lab VIEW,the signal acquisition system of the safety blanket is compiled,which has the main functions of acquisition parameter selection,pressure signal acquisition and processing,signal data storage and alarm.The pressure distribution test was carried out on the safety blanket with the pressure sensor array as the core,and the feasibility and correctness of the design of the safety blanket and the sensor array were verified through experiments.
