With the development of science and technology,the application of electronic devices is becoming more widespread.As the significant requirements for electronic devices,people are no longer satisfied with the present status,and begin to search new types of portable,wearable and flexible electronic devices.It is a general trend to develop flexible electrode materials,and the flexible electrode materials with good energy storage performance have been the research focus.Carbon cloth-based electrode material has high electrical conductivity and high stability.But the performance of blank carbon cloth is far from the practical requirements.Electrochemically active materials were generally attached on the surface of the blank carbon cloth,aimed to form synergistic effect.The another key element for flexible electrode is the selection of electrolytes.Solid gel electrolytes are ideal for flexible electrode materials,which have excellent mechanical properties,good electrochemical properties and high stability,beneficial to preparation of wearable,foldable electronic devices.In this dissertation,to obtain flexible electrode,the prepared carbon cloth-based material was assembled with solid gel electrolyte,and the results were as follows:?1?The conductive polymer/carbon cloth was prepared by an electrochemical deposition method,then was assembled with a carbon black-PAA gel electrolyte to obtain the conductive polymer/carbon black-PAA gel electrode.Through capacitance and electrochemical characterization,it is found that when the current density is 1 m A/cm2,the capacitance of the electrode is 185 m F/cm2,and after 5000 cycles,the capacitance retention rate researches 90.43%.The resistance of electrode material is 1.6?,showing the great electron transfer ability.?2?The conductive polymer/carbon cloth was assembled with a Ni2+-?PEO-PPO-PEO?gel electrolyte to obtain the conductive polymer/carbon cloth/Ni2+-?PEO-PPO-PEO?gel electrode.Through capacitance and electrochemical characterization,it is found that when the current density is 1 m A/cm2,the capacitance of the electrode is 395 m F/cm2.After 5000cycles,the capacitance retention rate is 94.98%.The resistance of electrode material is 1.72?,showing good electron transport ability.?3?The Na Fe PO4/carbon cloth was prepared by the sol-gel method,then was assembled with the Na+-PAA gel electrolyte to obtain the Na Fe PO4/carbon cloth/Na+-PAA gel electrode.Through the capacitance and electrochemical characterization,it is found that when the current density is 1 m A/cm2,the capacitance of the electrode materials is 19.16 m F/cm2.After5000 cycles,the capacitance retention rate is as high as 83.77%.The resistance of electrode is7.2?and it has great electron transport capacity.?4?Li Mn2O4is prepared by the sol-gel method and Na Ti2?PO4?3is prepared by the combined hydrothermal-solid phase method.Li Mn2O4-Na Ti2?PO4?3/carbon cloth was assembled with the PANa gel to obtain the Li Mn2O4-Na Ti2?PO4?3/carbon cloth/PANa gel electrode.Through capacitance and electrochemical characterization,it is found that when the current density is 2 m A/cm2,the capacitance of the electrode materials is 71.43 m F/cm2.After5000 cycles,the capacitance retention rate is as high as 93.07%.The electrode has good electron transport,and the resistance is 4.1?.
