With the wide application of pipeline transportation, pipeline inspection and maintenance are the top priority in the industry.Due to the variety of pipeline postures, the X-ray probe needs to be moved multiple times and adjusted to an appropriate posture. The current triangular bracket cannot meet the multi-position flexible adjustment requirements of the X-ray probe, resulting in low pipeline inspection effect, high labor intensity and greatly reduced inspection efficiency, requiring more manpower and material resources, and traditional industrial robots have certain application limitations Sex.This article analyzes the characteristics and advantages of mobile manipulators and man-machine cooperative manipulators at home and abroad. At the same time,it summarizes the working characteristics of the manipulator according to the work needs and working environment. The research content and main direction of this paper are to develop a special movable manipulator to solve the problem of inflexible adjustment of pipeline X-ray measuring head. The finite element software Abaqus is used to perform static analysis on the important parts of the robotic arm and the whole machine.By analyzing the results of stress and strain, the strength and analysis of the designed structure and selected materials are performed, and the structure is optimized to ensure the machinery. The safety and rationality of the arm design. Finally, the prototype of the robotic arm is assembled and debugged, and the robotic arm is mounted for testing to test its stability, flexibility and safety. When the robotic arm was completed and applied,an idea was further proposed to increase the intelligent driving of a joint, and a test platform was built to verify its feasibility in order to improve the articulated flexible robotic arm and lay the foundation for further research and use.
