Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite material is a novel of semiconductor material with high power conversion efficiency and long-range balanced hole electron transport characteristics,and has many characteristics of inorganic and organic materials,such as large-area preparation by solution method,adjustable band gap,high carrier mobility,high fluorescence efficiency,etc.With these excellent characteristics,there is huge application potential in the fields of lighting,display and laser.However,poor stability and low luminous efficiency are current problems of perovskite light-emitting diodes.In this paper,the problem of luminous efficiency is studied through the thin-film interface engineering of the perovskite light-emitting layer and the photoelectric characteristics test.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In order to get high-quality film and improve device performance that the grains size,density and uniformity of the perovskite film have been changed.After analyzing the experimental data,the spin-coated PEDOT:PSS has a rotation speed of 3000 r.p.m.and a perovskite layer prepared at an annealing temperature of 70? with uniform grain size,high density,and better photoelectricity.(2)Aiming at the luminescence characteristics of perovskite light-emitting diodes,a measurement system based on integrating sphere and optical fiber spectrum is built,which can effectively measure the low brightness and low external quantum efficiency of perovskite light-emitting diodes.The data of GaN light-emitting diodes are used as standard data to calibrate the center wavelength,luminance and radiance of the system.Finally,the system is applied to evalu ate the performance of self-made PeLED as an example.Compared with the reference data,the relative error of luminousness is less than 9%,and the relative error of external quantum efficiency is less than 6%.(3)Finally,using the PDMS micro-imprint technology to imprint the perovskite layer to obtain a perovskite layer film and device with a patterned grating structure,then build a polarization test system to test polarization characteristics and perform data analysis.After the test,the imprinted device did not emit polarized light,but the photoluminescence intensity of the perovskite film obtained which was enhanced after micro-imprinting,and the current efficiency of the device was increased by 1.6 times,external quantum efficiency is 0.12%.
