With the development of Internet technology,e-commerce has become a major form of shop-ping.The efficiency of logistics transportation is an important factor that affects the devel-opment of e-commerce.Therefore,designing logistics transportation network reasonably and transporting goods to customers efficiently have become important issues in the field of e-commerce.Since the situation of logistics and transportation is always changing,a stat-ically invariant logistics network can no longer meet the needs of increasingly developing e-commerce business.Thus,this thesis studies on the optimization of the logistic network in open and dynamic environments according to various situations in the process of trans-portation.The problems are divided into the following three parts.The first part is the design of the static logistics network where no changes and accidents occur.The second part is the optimization of the dynamic logistics network.In this part,the logis-tics network is dynamically adjusted according to the various changes and accidents in the process of transportation.The third part is the prediction of the demands for transportation resources.The purpose of this part is to reduce the accidents in the process of transportation.In this thesis,machine learning algorithms including clustering algorithms,genetic algo-rithms and regression algorithms are used to solve the above problems.Clustering algo-rithms are used to determine the locations of transportation source places,genetic algorithms are used to calculate the transportation routes,while regression algorithms are used to pre-dict the demands for goods.The focus of this thesis is to flexibly use these algorithms to deal with the resource allocation among different source places in a dynamic environment.Finally,through a series of experiments of simulated data,these solutions are verified.The most important innovation of this research lies in the dynamic consideration of the relation-ships among the different elements in the logistics network to achieve the optimization of the logistics network.The ultimate goal of this research is to provide an efficient solution for the complex and changeable logistics and transportation business,so as to meet the needs of e-commerce companies by reducing the logistics costs and transportation time.
