Research On The Improvement Of Collaborative Management Of Related Parties In Y Company's Exhibition Projects

The core of collaborative management is to achieve human collaboration,and the realization of information,process,application,and resource collaboration is to achieve efficient human collaboration.The purpose of this study is to provide a way to build a collaborative management system for the entire process of the exhibition project with functions such as collaborative management,dynamic control resource integration and sharing.Through the improvement of collaborative management measures,the "information island","application island",and "resource island" in the collaborative management of the exhibition project stakeholders are solved to achieve information collaboration,business collaboration,and resource collaboration,so that the exhibition project Collaboration between related parties is more efficient,and the competitiveness of exhibiting enterprises is fully exerted.It can not only provide method guidance for the practice of collaborative management of exhibition projects,but also provide a new model and ideas for project management.It has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the level of collaborative management of exhibition projects,and it is also important for the scientific establishment of BIM technology.The application of the management platform in the exhibition exhibition project also has an important role of promotion and guidance,which can improve the overall management level of the industry and the comprehensive competitiveness of exhibition enterprises.First of all,the collaborative management of related parties of the exhibition project of Company Y is selected as the research object.Through the identification and management of the related parties of the exhibition project,and the full life cycle analysis of the exhibition project,the company's collaborative management level of the exhibition project of Company Y is further introduced.High phenomenon,and conducted in-depth interviews with representatives of project stakeholders and designed survey questionnaires to expand the research in the exhibition industry and obtain reliable data and information to analyze the main factors affecting the collaborative management of the exhibition project stakeholders;Then further design a survey questionnaire in the form of a mature scale,collect data again,and analyze in-depth the reasons that affect the collaborative management of the exhibition project related parties,which are three aspects of organizational structure,procurement mode and management technology application.Secondly,this article starts from the basic theory of project stakeholder management,BIM technology,and IPD mode,and through the feasibility analysis of the integration of the three ideas of BIM technology,project stakeholders,and IPD mode,it proposes corresponding improvement measures,including: I.Adopt a matrix organization structure,which maximizes the use of professional resources,improves the efficiency of information communication,enhances the unity and cohesion of the team,and makes the parties involved in each project highly coordinated.II.Adopting the IPD procurement model to advance the coordination of project stakeholders,avoiding missing important information due to a participant participating in the project construction too late,improving the efficiency of project information communication,and achieving the responsibilities and risks of project stakeholders Share.III.BIM technology transforms the cooperation expectations of project stakeholders into practical and feasible,establishes a truly cooperative project management and risk sharing framework structure,and urges project stakeholders to cooperate highly under common contract constraints to achieve common goals.Finally,build the process design of BIM technology in the entire life cycle of the exhibition project and the design of the transfer model of the information collaboration of related parties.Through the analysis of the application value of BIM technology in the collaborative management of the exhibition project,the relevant parties of the exhibition project are analyzed.The collaborative process between them is improved based on BIM technology,so as to realize the visualization,parameterization,and dynamic management of the collaborative management of project stakeholders,which can maximize the overall goal of the project.
