With the emergence of network technologies, enterprises are eager to organize enterprises in a flexible manner to face fierce competition. In most applications, business requirements are considered critical. To meet the various needs of an enterprise,it is often necessary to combine multiple business process models into a single business process. However,if the entire process model is merged,it becomes very complicated and computationally intensive and time-consuming.Therefore,it is of great significance to combine business process fragments and obtain configurable process model with configuration information. At present, related business process research mainly focuses on business process merger and change propagation, and rarely involves research on business process fragments.Existing business process consolidation usually analyzes similar business processes, determines and maps the same tasks between processes, and finally integrates the two process models into a simple process model based on this knowledge. However, this method not only has a large workload, but also has a complicated process.By merging business process fragments, converting business process fragments and gateway path matrices to each other, and adding configuration information to obtain configurable business processes, and then finding the largest common domain of the merged business process fragments according to the configurable gateway, this approach can improve Efficiency of business process design.Business processes are often restricted by laws, regulations,or guidelines, namely compliance rules, and changes to them may lead to violations of these rules(non-compliance).Existing change propagation deals with multiple process partners working together, and changing one process may have a ripple effect on other processes. But in collaborative processes, few people analyze the impact of compliance changes on process collaboration.Based on the related theory and properties of Petri net principles and behavioral profile, combined with business process fragment merging, change propagation, and business process compliance, this paper conducts business from the perspective of the gateway path matrix based on a given business process fragment Process segments are merged, and the combined gateway path matrix is configured and optimized to obtain a configurable business process, and the compliance of the business process is used to perform change propagation analysis in the collaborative business process. The main contents of this paper are as follow:(1)For the maximum common region problem of the merged business process model, the existing literature mainly focuses on the calculation of the maximum common region of the business process model when the integrated business process model is merged, and rarely analyzes the maximum common region problem from the perspective of business process fragments. This paper presents a maximum common region analysis method for business process fragment merging based on configuration. This method combines business process fragments to facilitate reuse of fragments in business process design. This paper first transforms business process fragments into a gateway path matrix, merges two aligned gateway path matrices, and then optimizes and converts the gateway path matrix into a configurable business process segment, followed by a configurable gateway and a business process segment. The mapping relationship with the gateway path was found to merge the maximum common region of business process fragments. Finally, the effectiveness of the method was verified with specific cases. This method analyzes the maximum region from the perspective of the gateway path, and combines the configurable gateway to facilitate the rapid search of the maximum common region of business process fragments.(2)In order to improve the business process of online shopping, the existing business process mining methods still have some shortcomings. It cannot effectively use all execution sequences of business processes. This paper proposes an online shopping process mining method based on Petri net behavior profile.First, according to the event log provided by an online shopping system, the corresponding process model is designed by using the weak order relationship of the behavior profile of Petri nets;then the degree of compliance between the model and the event log is calculated, and the initial model is improved and optimized,a reasonable process model is obtained. Finally,an example analysis shows that the algorithm is feasible.(3)Aiming at the problem of change propagation between collaborative processes, existing research has mainly focused on the change propagation between similar processes and determining the corresponding target change region, but little attention has been paid to how changes in the compliance of process models will change the collaborative processes. In this paper,an analysis method for the change region propagation of collaborative processes based on compliance is proposed.First follow the top-down approach, generate random orchestration models, and derive public and private models, then build a collaboration model by interconnecting all public models, and then analyze how different levels of compliance change in the collaboration model After propagation, the change region of related processes were discovered through the mapping relationship between models, and finally the feasibility of the method was verified based on
