Study On The Optimization Of Management Accounting Report Of BDT Company Based On Financial Integration

With the development of business,the enterprise scale is constantly expanding,and the traditional financial accounting report will gradually fail to meet the needs of the company's financial management and strategic decisions,so it is necessary to construct the management accounting report to serve the enterprise.Financial integration can maximize the breadth and depth of enterprise control in the management process.Therefore,the management accounting report based on financial integration has become the preferred tool in the daily management of enterprises.As a wholly-owned subsidiary of CRRC,BDT company has a sound management accounting system and financial sharing center,which provides a good foundation for financial integration.In this paper,the field survey method and literature search method are adopted to optimize the management accounting report of BDT company from the perspective of business and financial integration,in order to verify the rationality and feasibility of business and financial integration of management accounting report.This paper first introduces the purpose and significance of the research,and sorts out the theoretical results of financial integration and management accounting report in domestic and foreign academic circles,and preliminarily demonstrates the advantages of management accounting report based on financial integration.Then by analyzing the application status of BDT company's management accounting report and the information needs of the management under the integration of industry and finance,it summarizes the problems in the application of management accounting report.Afterwards,based on the combination of industry and finance and the ministry of finance's "guide to the application of management accounting No.801--management accounting report",the optimization principle was proposed to optimize the management accounting report of BDT company's management,operating and business levels.Finally,in order to ensure that the management accounting report can play its due effect,put forward relevant safeguard measures.In this paper,the research to a certain extent,improve the domestic wealth management accounting report industry convergence theory research and practice system,at the same time,the effect of application for enterprise management and accounting report further illustrate this field of research has great potential and value,hope this research can goods for domestic enterprises to carry out the industry integration and management accounting reports provide reference.
