Paying attention to people's livelihood and dedicating people's livelihood service is the focus of the government's work,and the people's livelihood and livelihood service information are from the daily problems of the people.Resolving reasonable and legitimate people's livelihood appeals in time is conducive to creating a harmonious,stable and orderly social environment.At present,the main channels for people to reflect their daily work life demands and information acquisition are through the government affairs platforms of various government departments,but the traditional people's livelihood information service system has complicated business processes,the distribution of appeal problems usually adopts manual methods,and the people's appeal is not timely feedback.Therefore,it is very necessary to build an intelligent service system for people's livelihood.This thesis analyzes the government's business process for handling people's livelihood claims and users' requirements,and builds a people's livelihood information service system.The system uses the PHP language and ThinkPHP development framework to implement six functional modules for system login,administrator,general settings,request handling,announcement management and statistical analysis.In the system design,the workflow technology is used to realize the whole process of handling the complaints,making the handling complaints clearer and smoother,and improving the work efficiency of government departments.In order to improve the efficiency of distributing complaints,an automatic distributing algorithm based on department matching words is proposed.This algorithm firstly analyzes the content of the request through the quadratic reverse maximum matching method,after extracting the parsed sensitive words,match the sensitive words with the department matching words stored in the Trie tree structure to reduce the number of matches and improve the matching efficiency.Finally,by calculating the weight of each department,the office will be distributed to the department with the highest weight.This system uses the automatic distribution algorithm of complaints to automatically distribute the complaints submitted by citizens to specific handling units,reducing manual intervention in the processing of claims,thereby improving the efficiency of the distribution of livelihood claims.The system designed in this thesis improves the problem of complex and redundant business processes in the traditional livelihood service system.The proposed algorithm for automatic distribution of complaints based on department matching words enables the system to automatically distribute office parts to the corresponding departments,reducing the workload of government personnel.By using this system,people's livelihood data can be circulated,data sharing becomes possible,and the system can efficiently handle people's livelihood claims,prioritize the handling of people's appeals related to "hot spots",and aggregate the people's response in a timely manner through the system statistical analysis module.Problems,and help the government scientifically formulate relevant countermeasures.
