Currently,informatization has developed in all fields and has been very important power to boost economy development.But,due to the professionalization and the specialty of metrological verification,informatization development in the field of measuring verification has obviously stood at lower level than that of the whole society.Cloud computing technology,as a new technology in the field of informatization development,has changes the pattern of traditional information development.Connecting to Internet technology,it supports dynamitic application service and better platform expansion capability,which has powered information developed.As the core technology of Cloud computing,virtualization technology integrates foundational hardware resources in data center to build virtualization resources pool which is scheduled by professional management strategy to implement the dynamitic balance.But,on the way to building the metrology information platform,there are still some problems,such as lower resource usage rate,no balance of workload,Especially the concept of green computing raised,this would be the next optimization target of virtual resources management.So,research on how to optimize virtual resources management has great significance to enhance resource usage rate and reduce energy consumption.The paper has taken metrology information platform as research object,studied problems of system application architecture and virtual resource management in the process of information platform building to build extensible and multilayer measuring information application system and solve high power consumption considering the workload balance in the process of virtual resource management.Firstly,the paper has analyzed the function of metrology information platform including business feature,technology architecture and function model in metrology information platform application system and virtual resources management function analyses and management strategy research.Secondly,the paper has built the mathematic model of virtual resource management which takes workload balance and energy consumption optimization into optimization goals and constraint condition,and designed improved genetic algorithm and solving steps.Finally,the simulation experiment of the improved resource management algorithm has been implemented on the CloudSim.Performance evaluation index has been built and the ability to optimize workload and power consumption has been verified by different scaling experiment including small scale,medium scale and large scale.Also,the application information has taken permission management system as system develop example to verify the system architecture technology including method of system implementation,MVC model,Entity Framework,API technology and Angular technology.The result of experiment has proved that the improved genetic algorithm has higher resource usage rate and better workload balance degree,lower power consumption.Metrology information application has also demonstrated that it can be developed and came into use.The research result of the paper would be great demonstrative value and promotional effects on the informatization development of metrological guild in northwestern district.
