In recent years,with the proposal of made in China 2025,and the rapid development of communication technology and network technology,it provides conditions for the realization of remote monitoring system.At the same time,the intelligent assembly equipment in the field of compressor is put into continuous application,so the demand for remote monitoring system is increasing day by day.Therefore,it is of great significance to design and develop a robot,which remote monitoring system for the assembly of large reciprocating compressor parts.In this paper,the remote monitoring system 2D-90 compressor valve assembly robot as the research background,research design a suitable for robotic assembly intelligence operations.It enables the operator to monitor the robot's running posture,status data and control the robot to execute the program in real time to complete the valve assembly.The main contents of design research are as follows:Through the analysis of the structural parameters of the gas valve assembly robot and the compressor gas valve assembly process,combined with the demand for the remote monitoring system,the design scheme of the remote monitoring system of the gas valve assembly robot is determined.Including: data communication,synchronous model,human-computer interface,control module,and running test of the remote monitoring system.(1)Design and implementation of data communication scheme: using Ethernet communication mode and Modbus TCP / IP protocol,establishing remote monitoring system client,and establish the connection between client and server through socket.(2)Design and implementation of synchronization model: build the prefabrication of air valve assembly robot,using the state data obtained from the robot server to drive the preform data,and make it a synchronization model.(3)Design and implementation of human-computer interface: use UGUI to establish human-computer interface,including synchronous model display area,state data display area and command control area.(4)Design and implementation of control module: control module is established by script,mainly including control instruction and control program.The operation test of the remote monitoring system shows that the system is stable and reliable,which is of great significance for improving production efficiency,ensuring construction safety and reducing enterprise cost.
