During the era of artificial intelligence, conflicts between the traditional robot ethics represented by three laws of robot and intelligent robot technology development are increasingly prominent. The strong anthropocentrism colour of traditional robot ethics largely limits the development of intelligent robot technology so non-human centralism on ecological ethics. So,from the point of non-human centralism on ecological ethics, this thesis constructed the system model which represents the concomitant life evolution of the human and intelligent robot based on cellular automata theory.Meanwhile, some key impact parameters such as its distribution, birth rate, survival rate(1-mortality)and neighborhood type are deeply studied and analyzed, which could provide some reference for the following scholars to study the problem of human-computer coexistence. The main work and specific research results are as follows:The concomitant life evolution model of the human and intelligent robot was constructed based on cellular automata.A series of model assumptions were made by combining the principle of cellular automata, with the characteristics of human and intelligent robot. Then, the concomitant life evolution model was constructed after determining the corresponding the cell space, cell state, neighborhood type and transformation rules.Besides, how to implement the model using MATLAB software to programme was also introduced in detail. The effects of population distribution on the evolution of life systems were studied. The simulation analysis of five different distributions of the model was conducted using MATLAB,and the conclusion found that the competition between species will be strengthened moderately with the decrease of the distribution distance between species which makes the evolution of life system speed up,so humans and intelligent robots have to play more games early on.And then cooperation began to emerge spontaneously in the competition so as to survive longer in the living system and achieve a larger population size which means benefits maximization for them. The study on the effect of survival rate and the birth rate on life system evolutionwas conducted. The model was improved through bringing into resources and reckoning module.Through the separate study of birth rate and survival rate parameter,we drew the conclusion that the intelligent robot could only realize the harmonious coexistence with human in the same life system when the birth rate parameter range from 0.92 to 0.96 and survival rate parameter range from 0.034375 to 0.035937.And the life system will achieve different relatively stable state with different parameters. The effect of the type of neighborhood on life system evolution was analyzed.By switching to the expansion Moore neighborhood type with the r=2 and increasing the neighborhood to reflect the enhance of comprehensive ability of artificial intelligence and intelligent robot, the parameters of the birth rate and survival rate were still researched separately, and the conclusions were drawn as follows:(a)The benign competition was induced based on the increase of diffusion range(i.e.,the increase of neighborhood),which has promoted the emergence of a higher degree of cooperation;(b)Through the study of survival rate and birth rate parameters,it was found that the parameter ranges of survival rate and birth rate for the harmonious coexistence of human and intelligent robots in the same living system has changed from(0.92,0.96)and(0.034375,0.035937)to(0.87,0.98)and(0.024,0.16),respectively.The survival rate interval increases by more than three times and the birth rate interval increases by more than 87 times.
