With the widespread popularity of mobile phones,the Mobile Internet has greatly expanded the time and space of work.Business offices require real-time face-to-face communication,and existing conferencing systems can't use the mobile phones to expand the time and space at work,highlighting business trips off-site,wasting time and increasing travel costs.Although Web RTC is open source and free to use on the mobile side,the existing audio and video conferencing system uses media mixing technology and relies on high-performance machines to complete,not only on the service side,but also at high maintenance costs.Therefore,audio video conferencing system needs to be able to access Web RTC,use media transit to reduce hardware costs,easy to expand in function,easy to use in use,convenient in maintenance,so that it can be widely used in the enterprise market.The main feature of a multi-functional audio and video conference system is to achieve multiple functions with a single service.The system includes multiple functions,a peer to peer call based on NAT traversal and its derived remote assistance,a conference based on media transfer,and its derived live training,including functions such as whiteboards and quick answers,and finally recorded file becomes a playback video in the on-demand system.Technically adopts media relay service as the core to achieve easy function expansion;adopts three services: NAT traversal service,signaling service and media relay to reduce the purchase cost;it reduces the use and maintenance cost by simplifying the conference operation process;Full support for mobile phone and domestic operating system.Through these four solutions,the problem that hinders the popularity of audio and video conferencing among enterprise users is solved.The peer to peer NAT traversal is migrated to the combined media relay service,and the implementation of the data channel in Web RTC on the server side is combined with the media relay service to optimize the independent signaling service.In this way,low system resource occupation,easy deployment and easy maintenance.Porting client Web RTC technology to service side,successfully implemented running in an independent all-in-one machine or virtual machine.In addition,the technical structure of the transfer service can expand more product types and access more other devices to facilitate the recording and on-demand functions.The findings provide basic insights into guiding audio and video conferencing in remote office work.Based on the research of related technologies,a multi-functional audio and video conference is designed and implemented according to the actual usage of users.This article mainly analyzes the development,application,and significance of multi-functional audio and video conference systems,analyzes the limitations of multi-functional audio and video conference systems,and improves the next steps.The key technologies used in the multi-functional audio and video conference system are studied.Analyze and study the integration method of multiple functions of the multi-functional audio and video conference system,including peer to peer call,multi-person audio and video conference,live training,recording on-demand and camera access.The combination of the three services also reduces costs,improves maintainability,reduces the complexity of conference management,improves the learning effect of training live broadcasts,broadens the scope of participants,improves user participation,and reduces product costs.
