Since the 20th century,the demand for machine vision in industrial production is showing a blowout increasing,but the research on the two-line CCD camera stereo measurement system is still a difficult point.In this article,the theoretical algorithms are studied for the existing research results,mainly from four aspects:hardware system design,software system design,the research of camera calibration and 3D measurement.Hardware system design:According to the characteristics of the two-line CCD camera,the article calculates and selects the hardware such as camera,lens,light source,encoder and photoelectric switch,which provides the hardware foundation for the two-line CCD camera stereo ranging system.Software system design:Through the QT to complete the interface of the system,use Halcon to complete the core code,the operation is realized under the VS programming platform,and the data is stored in the database in real time by Mysql.Calibration algorithm research:Combined with the binocular stereo calibration algorithm of face array camera,line CCD camera calibration innovation is carried out according to the characteristics of line CCD camera.Using self-made calibration board,by making the linear CCD camera and calibration plate under stationary state,the distance between the calibration plate and the camera is continuously changed,and the corresponding relationship between the image point and the object point is obtained by using the cross ratio invariance.Through the conversion relationship between the coordinate systems,the internal parameters and external parameters of the line camera are solved.3D measurement:Flat-field correction,flat-field correction compensation,radiometric calibration,and radiometric calibration compensation for left and right cameras.The moving objects are photographed by the left and right cameras,and the image distortion correction is carried out using the calibration results.After correction of the two images using Canny edge detection algorithm,on the edge by Harris algorithm to extract the feature points,through the calculation of SIFT feature points the direction and complete the feature point matching,combined with the camera's internal parameters and external parameters of the feature point out the 3D coordinates,using the feature points of 3D information to complete the measurement of object contour.
