As to fulfill the need of the optical boresight alignment and testing method and testing equipment for the multi-spectral and multi-sensor optical system,a new alignment and test method is introduced and the corresponding alignment,assembling and testing equipment has been designed and established.The method is for precise alignment,assembling and testing of the multi-spectral and multi-sensor optical system,and the testing equipment is the platform to testify and fulfill it.In this thesis,the theory of optical boresight alignment and testing method for the multi-spectral and multi-sensor optical system is discussed and the theory is analyzed based on the characteristics of each sub optical component.Based on the analysis,specific alignment,assembling and testing equipment for each sub optical component have been designed and integrated into a comprehensive optical alignment,assembling and testing equipment.Generally,there are many causes of deviation of the multi-spectral and multi-sensor optical boresight.Nevertheless,the accumulated discrepancy is a key cause.As to improve the precision of the optical boresight alignment of the multi-spectral and multi-sensor optical system,the factors that cause the deviation of the optical boresight of the multi-spectral and multi-sensor optical system have to be figured out,and then solutions to the factors can be made.As to apply the method of optical boresight alignment method for the multi-spectral and multi-sensor optical system into practical operations,we designed and established an optical boresight alignment equipment for the multi-spectral and multi-sensor optical system.The alignment and test method becomes to a national industrial standard and is applied for Chinese national patent.
