IMS general architecture is mainly used in IP multimedia service,which can realize the separation of call and control,service and bearer,and has ideal effect on providing solutions for terminal customers' increasingly diversified business.IMS universal system has been widely used in the world,which can well realize the integration of telecommunication network and service.The difference between IMS general architecture and softswitch technology is that it further realizes the separation of call control layer and service control layer on the basis of the separation of control and bearer.Because IMS originated from the application of mobile communication network,it fully considers the support of mobility,and finally has the rules of user authentication and protection of user service trigger.In addition,IMS adopts session initiation SIP is the signaling of call control and service control.Therefore,the research and application of IMS general architecture is more suitable to solve the problem of communication network transformation in a province in this paper.Telecom services and Internet services are tending to be integrated,and the competition between them is becoming more and more obvious.The requirements for Internet and traditional communications can not be compared with the past.There are stricter requirements on the ability and quality of communication services,and the speed of transmission has also been greatly improved.IP Multimedia Subsystem(IMS)is considered to be the main communication technology in the future.Unicom has planned to transform fixed network users into IMS.Taking Unicom of a province as the research object,aiming at its exposed drawbacks such as slow growth of fixed network users,aging of PSTN network equipment,inadequate ports and high energy consumption of equipment,it is urgent to form a feasible scheme of communication network transformation to promote the development of core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper focuses on the application design path and implementation method of IMS architecture in NGN network upgrading in a province.On the premise of analyzing and discussing the architecture of IMS,based on the status quo of the network composition of a province's Unicom,the network deployment is designed in detail,covering the main points of the overall architecture of IMS,core network element settings,SBC construction,routing plan and so on.In addition,the application technologies related to IMS hosting and access are analyzed in detail.After the completion of the deployment of IMS network,it fully carries the inherent PSTN,soft switch and other services of Unicom in a province.All kinds of malpractices exposed by fixed network can be fundamentally solved,which lays a solid foundation for network expansion and integration.After upgrading,the network situation tends to be stable,which shows that the scheme meets the requirements of scientific and efficient project design.The project was constructed in stages in Wuxi Unicom,which proved the feasibility of the scheme.The research results of this paper are conducive to thefuture development of fixed voice network and provide reference value for IMS to provide a unified business platform.
