Electronic component is an important part of the electronic information industry and the foundation of the electronic information industry.The information management of components in S institute now still uses manual processing,which is inefficient,has a high error rate and is difficult to hold accountable when problems arise.Therefore,it is important to carry out the informatization construction for component management.The evaluation of suppliers needs years of experience in the procurement process of components,which cannot be comprehensive.And is easy to be influenced by subjective factors.So,the information management and procurement decision system of electronic components is designed and carried out based on the demand of the material department of a certain institute.First,this paper fully studies the background above,discusses the subsystem function and application in detail.Based on the understanding the existing technology of electronic component information management in the industry,the electronic component information management subsystem based on J2 EE B/S architecture is designed and completed in this paper.The system realizes the informatization of the existing work flow of the material Department of the institute,including material preparation,component procurement,component inspection,component warehousing,etc.At the same time,user operation record,user management and database management are also supported.The system improves the information processing efficiency of electronic components,eliminates the drawbacks of manual maintenance of component forms,and meets some audit requirements.The basic functions of information management like online update,query,statistics,Excel import/export are realized.While meeting the basic needs of information processing,the system solves the problem of information exchange among physically isolated departments.It also improves the efficiency of information transmission among departments.The electronic component information management system has been deployed online.The function and performance of each module has been tested for up to three months.This system has been steadily running for a year so far.It meets the needs of information management for the components of the Department of Material.To solve the problems of supplier decision-making difficulties met in component purchasing process,this paper designs and implements a procurement decision subsystem.It uses C4.5 decision tree algorithm as the core algorithm.And it combines with data warehouse based on the current situation of decision support technology.The system builds and prunes the decision tree based on the real purchasing history in the electronic component information management system.It chooses the reasonable decision model,and uses the real data to verify the decision model.The validation results show the decision model constructed by decision tree algorithm can judge suppliers with highly accuracy.It provides effective support for supplier selection in component procurement process.In summary,to improve the informatization of the electronic component management in an institute,we built an information management system for electronic components.It meets the needs of informatization construction in S institute and improves the work efficiency.This paper designs and implements a purchasing decision-making system,which effectively uses historical data and provides scientific guidance for supplier selection in component purchasing process.
