In modern wars,due to the increasingly complex battlefield environment and target characteristics,the configuration of multiple single radar into multiple-radar system can obtain more observation information of the target to be detected,improved performance compared to single radar detection.In this paper,the performance of target detection algorithm is studied from two aspects of data fusion and signal fusion,and the might scope of multiple-radar system is analyzed.The main content if this thesis are outlined in the following three parts.In the first part,the data fusion detection algorithms is studied from two aspects: decision fusion and detection statistic fusion.The main work includes: 1)The node radar transmits to the fusion center as a binary decision result,and then uses the “AND” criterion,the “OR” criterion and the decision result fusion weighting algorithm to fuse the decision results of each node radar in the fusion center;2)Since the binary decision loses most of the information of the node radar,a detection algorithm based on local detection statistic fusion is proposed.The algorithm transmits the detection statistic of the node radar to the fusion center for fusion decision,and the detection performance is improved.In the second part,the signal-level fusion detection algorithm directly processes the original observation signals of the radars of each node of the system in the fusion center.The datalevel fusion detection algorithm utilizes part of the observation information of the node radar,so the detection performance of the signal-level fusion detection algorithm is improved.Firstly,the performance of the non-coherent accumulation detection algorithm is analyzed.This algorithm has the best detection performance when the echo signals are independent of each other and the signal-to-noise ratio is the same,there is a loss of signal-to-noise ratio when the signal-to-noise ratio of the echo signal is great different.Aiming at this problem,a signal-to-noise ratio weighted detector is introduced.The detector still has good detection performance when the signal-to-noise ratio of the echo signal received by the node radar is great different.In the third part,The fusion detection algorithm utilizes the observation information of each node radar to expand the might scope of the multi-station radar system.The might scope of multiple-radar system is studied by using the “OR” criterion and the detection statistic fusion algorithm.The main research methods of multiple-radar system include single base radar network,dual(multi)base radar network and hybrid networking,and analyze the improvement effect of the “OR” criterion and detection statistic fusion algorithm on the might scope of the multiple-radar system.
