With the increasingly complex modern warfare environment,more and more targets and noise appear in the radar observation area,and the moving forms of the target are more complex and diverse,showing high speed and high maneuverability,which bring huge challenge for tracking.How to track high maneuvering multi-targets stably and accurately is an urgent problem in dense clutter environment.Therefore,thesis mainly optimizes radar high-mobility multi-target tracking performance of the algorithm by improving the accuracy and efficiency.The specific work is as follows: 1.The motion model and filtering algorithm of high maneuvering targets are studied.Firstly,several typical maneuvering target motion models characteristics and nonlinear filtering algorithms theory are studied.The simulation is utilized to analyze the application of the typical model and the stability and accuracy of each algorithm when the target has high maneuverability,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent research.2.High-maneuver multi-target tracking algorithm based on data association is researched.Firstly.A modified JPDA algorithm(MJPDA)is proposed for the problem of low efficiency of JPDA algorithm.The algorithm treats the common echoes differently by the correction factor,calculates the interconnection probability directly on the basis of the confirmation matrix,and avoids the splitting of the confirmation matrix.Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments show that the MJPDA algorithm can not only ensure high tracking accuracy,but also greatly reduce the complexity of the algorithm.On the foundation of the above research,a modified joint probability data association algorithm based on interactive multi-model(IMM-MJPDA)is proposed for the state of sudden mutation of highly maneuvering multi-targets.The algorithm adjusts the model probability of the target through the innovation in the filtering process to cope with the state mutation of the target,and utilizes the MJPDA algorithm to calculate the interconnection probability of multiple targets.Simulation experiments show that the IMM-MJPDA algorithm can accurately track high-maneuverability multi-targets.When the state is abrupt,it has the advantages of strong adaptability and high precision.3.The high-maneuver multi-target tracking algorithm based on random set is studied.An adaptive algorithm for high maneuvering multi-target tracking is proposed for the problem that the EK-GMPHD filtering algorithm based on CS model has low estimation accuracy when the target state is abrupt.On the foundation of the EK-GMPHD filtering algorithm based on CS model,the algorithm introduces time-varying fading factor and maneuvering rate of change,so as to adaptively adjust the filtering gain to cope with the sudden change of motion state of high maneuvering target.Avoiding the problem of the associated multi-target tracking algorithm has a large amount of computation and low efficiency.The CS-based EK-GMPHD filtering algorithm and the adaptive algorithm of the thesis are used to track and simulate multiple targets with high maneuverability.The results show that the adaptive algorithm can effectively reduce the tracking error and improve the accuracy of the target number and state estimation when the target motion state is abrupt.
