The infrared scene image is the key generated part of the DMD array infrared scene generator hardware-in-the-loop simulation system,its realism determines the utilization value of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system.With the increasing image quality requirements of infrared scene images simulated by the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system,and the successful application of the DMD array infrared scene generator in the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system,it is very meaningful to study the image quality analysis based on the DMD array infrared scene generator.This thesis mainly studies the causes of non-linearity and non-uniformity in the imaging of the DMD array infrared scene generator,and the imaging non-linearity and non-uniformity correction of the generator,the specific work is as follows: First of all,by comparing the various infrared scene generators,the thesis draws the advantages of selecting DMD arrays for infrared scene simulation,and the hardware-in-theloop simulation system of this type of infrared scene generator is introduced in detail.Secondly,the thesis discusses the characteristics of the infrared image generated by the DMD array infrared scene generator,the expression form and definition of non-uniformity,and the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system of this type may cause various causes of infrared imaging non-linearity and non-uniformity in the process of realizing high frame rate,high resolution and high gray level.Next,for the various reasons that may cause infrared imaging non-linearity and non-uniformity,then according to the semi-physical simulation system and the design process of the infrared scene generator,the relevant key parameters are set for simulation and analysis.At last,the measured data of the infrared scene generator is compared to verify the effectiveness of the above simulation process.Finally,the principle of the non-uniformity correction algorithm of the infrared image is introduced in detail,and the non-uniformity correction algorithm based on multi-point calibration is improved,based on this algorithm,then the non-linearity and non-uniformity of the actual system are corrected,the non-uniformity of the simulated image before and after the correction is compared,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified.By analyzing and correcting the imaging quality of DMD array infrared scene generator,the high-quality infrared scene simulation image is obtained,it has certain reference value for the hardware-in-the-loop simulation research and DMD array as infrared scene generator.
