In recent years,with the continuous development of science and technology,human life began to become colorful,from the black and white world to the color world,from wired communications to wireless communications and so on,all technology brought about by all,are slowly changing people's living habits step by step.People also change from the unobstructed customary communication to the continuous improvement of the requirements for the rapid transmission of information.Wireless communication has never been possible,and its equipment has changed from huge size to pocket size,from fixed to portable.The rapid development of wireless communication technology is changing our world,our cognition and even everything around us all the time.The rapid development of wireless technology has shortened the distance between people,making it possible to communicate with each other at any time,no matter where.The most common wireless communication modes around us,such as 433 MHz band communication system used in industry,medical treatment,scientific research,etc.,and 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz band WIFI routers,are the result of the rapid development of wireless communication in recent years.All these show that wireless communication has become a recognized major field in the world,and countries are scrambling to develop wireless communication.In recent days,the United States has even used national forces to suppress China's 5G pioneer Huawei Company,which fully demonstrates that the field of wireless communication is not only an important cornerstone of human development,but also a strong dependence to lead countries,especially China's economic and technological development.The author's work is related to the Internet of Things and Smart Home.The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of people's work convenience and family intelligence.This paper first introduces and analyses the development process of voice coding and decoding in recent years,and the advantages and disadvantages of different coding standards in different stages.By comparing and choosing the most cost-effective algorithm to design,finally,a hardware platform based on ARM is realized,which can make voice signal wireless at 433 MHz frequency after voice coding and decoding algorithm.Transport system.The author completed the design independently from scheme design,schematic design,PCB design to bottom driver design debugging.After many times of optimization,modification and debugging,products have been formed and applied in industry.Especially later,in order to meet the needs of modern people for smart home functions,the system has been optimized and applied to remote voice control of smart home.The hardware design of the system starts with the power management of the system,and the equipment is powered by lithium batteries which are common and mature in the market.Through a perfect system power management chip TP5602,the portable and durable equipment can be ensured.Secondly,through the design of a powerful microcontroller STM32F103 xx as the main controller,it can be used to collect audio,integrate algorithm,control keys,output audio and so on.Work.Finally,the RF module is connected to the microcontroller through the UART interface,and the data received and received are transmitted to the microcontroller through the UART interface for processing.In terms of software algorithm,we finally choose Speex coding and decoding algorithm because it is an open source software based on code-inspired linear prediction algorithm without any patent fees.Its most important feature is the addition of high quality and low bit rate speech coding,and is also increasing the characteristics that the bit rate can change at any time,so it is highly compatible with the wireless voice transmission system.And support a wide range,such as: ARM,FPGA,DSP,X86 and even Windows,Linux and other operating systems also support the algorithm.In this paper,the great advantages and characteristics of Speex encoding/decoding algorithm compared with other encoding and decoding algorithms are explained in depth,and the basic design ideas of CELP encoding and decoding technology are expounded.Finally,the wireless voice transmission in 433 MHz band is realized by adding Speex algorithm to ARM hardware platform.
