Augmented Reality(AR)technology can be applied in the fields of education,medical,logistics and industry,and the integration with the industry is deepening.In the field of logistics,augmented reality technology can be applied to warehouse storage,goods distribution and transportation,especially in the application of warehouse picking and large-scale super-customer picking,which will help improve the accuracy of picking,thus reducing logistics.The cost of picking.Most of China's current logistics warehousing uses manual picking or RF picking.Compared with AR visual picking,manual and RF picking is slower,accuracy and efficiency are lower,and it is not accurate for customer self-picking.The indoor navigation system guides the customer to find the goods to be picked accurately and quickly.With the popularity of large-scale one-stop shoppers such as IKEA,B&Q and Yideli,and the unmanned supermarkets,customers' self-service pick-up methods are still quietly infiltrating into people's daily lives,while AR vision picking technology comparison Suitable for customers to pick up the scene.This paper combines AR technology with Wi-Fi fingerprint positioning technology,and realizes the logistics storage AR visual picking system based on Unity 3D engine.The research content mainly includes three parts:(1)Research on AR-WiFi fusion positioning method,including the selection of indoor positioning method and the fusion of identification-based augmented reality recognition technology;(2)Augmented reality technology tracking registration,camera calibration and virtual information overlay display technology research,including AR-WiFi fusion positioning method to obtain position,direction and angle information,augmented reality tracking and registration,and complete virtual information overlay display;(3)The development of AR visual picking software based on Unity 3D engine,including AR real-world navigation and visual picking function realization,and requiressmooth visual picking operation,and virtual information superposition does not violate the sense of harmony.System tests show that the AR visual picking system can more accurately perform indoor positioning and virtual information overlay display;AR real-view navigation and visual picking function optimize the picking process,achieve high-speed and more accurate self-service picking,and bring more customers Improve the efficiency of picking while improving the visual experience.
