The ionosphere is the most critical part of the earth's atmospheric environment and plays an important role in radio communication.The most direct way for us to understand the ionosphere is to grasp the variation law of ionosphere parameters.ISR can detect the changes of ionospheric plasma parameters with high accuracy,and it is a relatively perfect ionospheric detection equipment at present.Based on the theory of incoherent detection,this paper studies the data processing process from the radar receiving the original I/Q data to extracting the complete ionospheric parameters,and discusses the method of extracting the ionospheric parameters according to the empirical formula and the echo signal power spectrum.Based on the SDISR and the original data provided by AMISR,the method of radar data processing is discussed.The main work is as follows:Part 1:Based on the SDISR,the antenna array beam,echo signal-to-noise ratio and radar power are simulated.Based on the principle of radar Doppler detection,the observation results of the changes of hard targets such as aircraft and rain are displayed;according to the theory of incoherent scattering,power spectrum and parameter extraction,the autocorrelation of the data detected by software radar ionosphere is calculated,and the ionosphere parameters are extracted based on the ionosphere parameter extraction algorithm model.Part 2:Based on the data processing method of software radar,the generation of radar waveform,incoherent accumulation and scattering spectrum under different ionosphere conditions are discussed.Based on the original I/Q data collected by AMISR radar,the autocorrelation function and power spectrum of echo signal are calculated,and the ionosphere parameters such as electron density,ion temperature and electron temperature are extracted.
