With the rapid development of information technology,the general public has gradually become a leader in the era of social media networks,and decision-makers have also shifted from experts to the social public.The issue of ordinary individual participation in evaluation is a new type of group wisdom decision-making model generated in the context of social media networks.Especially for decision-making issues that are actually relevant to the public.Group wisdom decision-making can overcome the shortcomings of knowledge,information,and abilities of a single decision-maker,and overcome incompleteness and asymmetry of information,which is an important way to achieve scientific decision-making.The focus of group wisdom research is how to gather the opinions of group wisdom,and the consistency analysis of group wisdom decisions is the first condition for whether the group wisdom opinions can be gathered.During the debate,not only will the best time for decision-making be missed,but the speed and efficiency of decision-making will be low,and the decision-making will fail.Therefore,how to effectively improve the acceptability and recognition of decision-making issues related to the general public interest,to avoid endless disputes,and to improve the consistency of decision-making opinions have become urgent issues for many academic and practical communities.In the past,there were mainly two ways of thinking to achieve the consistency of traditional decision-making methods: one is to return the information that deviates greatly from the opinions of the expert group and return to the expert to modify it again,and the time cost is high;the second is that the mathematical iterative model automatically adjusts internally to The difference is reduced,but the evaluation data after the two methods do not reflect the true opinions of the experts,and the decision results obtained do not conform to the actual situation.Based on this,the research content of this article is mainly divided into the following three parts.First,by analyzing the research background and combing the existing literature,it is analyzed that most of the decision consistency methods in the existing research are aimed at the traditional group decision mode,and the method of decision consistency modification is insufficient.The process framework is compared with the traditional decision mode,and the advantages of the new decision mode are summarized.Secondly,the consistency analysis model flow of group wisdom decision-making is established.In this paper,the octopus collector is used to capture the evaluation information of the evaluator from social media.The evaluation information is first converted into a numerical evaluation matrix by the induced language weighted average operator method,and further converted into an order relationship value vector,and then calculated by the gray correlation The user's combined similarity,finally,classifies all evaluators through cluster analysis,establishes a similarity matrix,determines the comprehensive weights within the group,between groups,and decision makers,respectively,and finally calculates the consensus between the evaluators and the group.Finally,case analysis.The evaluation information of the four movies is used as the initial data,and "characters","plots" and "visual effects" are used as evaluation indicators.Therefore,the evaluation of four different movies by different users is similar to the evaluation of different schemes according to different attribute indicators by different evaluators,which meets the conditions of decision-making,and conducts case analysis according to the model ideas in this paper.The results show that the evaluation opinions of this intelligent group decision are consistent.Compared with the results of group consensus without considering weights,after considering the differences between the evaluators,the former is less than the inconsistency,indicating that decision opinions cannot be gathered,and the latter has improved group consistency and reduced inconsistency,and the decision maker Evaluation information can be aggregated.The higher consistency results are more in line with the subjective wishes of the evaluators,the opinions are more concentrated,and can be assembled,and the quality and acceptability of decision-making are improved.At the same time,the feasibility of the model established in this paper is verified,and the group wisdom is promoted in management decision-making.On a wider range of applications.
