Research On Intelligence Trend Of Financial Shared Service Center Of Enterprise Group

In today's society,technologies such as the Internet,big data,and AI are subverting the traditional business models and management methods of enterprises.The intelligent financial sharing platform has become a booster for corporate strategy and financial change.The application of technology makes it easier for enterprises to analyze and use data in the shared service mode,but the intelligent construction of the financial sharing service center has also encountered new bottlenecks,and the future intelligent construction.There is an urgent need for further comprehensive and systematic research in the development of the theory.This is of great practical significance and theoretical significance for the enterprise groups that implement financial sharing services and for the government to formulate relevant policies.This paper starts with the analysis of the development status of China,s financial shared service center,finds the bottleneck in its development.Then,the empirical test affects the key factors of the enterprise group's implementation of financial sharing service.Based on reading a large number of documents,the hypothesis is put forward,the structural equation model is constructed,and the structural investigation model is used to verify the hypothesis.The results show that the strategic planning,information interaction platform,AI technology,business processes and management systems have a significant impact on the value of smart financial shared services.Combined with the results of empirical research,we will make a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the key factors and three levels of attention that the financial sharing service center should focus on,that is,the basic layer is the financial robot based on process automation,and the core layer is the integration of fiscal and taxation.The deepening and deepening layer is an intelligent management accounting platform.On this basis,the paper discusses the intelligent development trend of the financial shared service center:the development of the financial sharing center will be a multi-dimensional,intelligent sharing platform based on deep integration of financial resources and supporting management accounting reports.It will use intelligent,cloud computing,mobile intermet and other technical means to open up all links related to the internal and financial aspects of the enterprise group,and achieve full process coverage and all-round sharing.Intelligent,large sharing,profit centers and virtual centers will become the mainstream trend of future financial sharing services development.
