Research On The Localization Algorithms Of Wireless Sensor Network Using Channel Prediction

Sensor network localization algorithm is divided into range-based algorithm and range-free algorithm.Received signal strength indicator(RSSI)is a commonly used ranging technology.It determines the distance between the transmission node and the receiving node using wireless channel model,and further solve the location of the target wireless node through the special algorithm.At present,RSSI-based localization algorithm has some shortcomings such as difficult channel modeling,low accuracy and complex computation.Based on the above discussion,this paper takes commonly used channel models as the starting point,analyses their common characteristics and application scenarios,and proposes a ranging correction method.On the base of ranging correction method,an optimized weighted location algorithm is given which takes advantages of range-based localization algorithm and range-free localization algorithm.The experiments prove that the algorithm has the advantages of strong robustness and high-accuracy.The paper mainly focuses on the localization algorithm of sensor networks based on wireless channel.The main work and innovations are as follows:1.By analyzing the characteristics of various channel models and the causes of errors,and combining with the parameter estimation method,a range correction algorithm based on least square method is proposed.The algorithm effectively reduces the impact of noise on the ranging.2.Based on the analysis of typical range-based and range-free localization algorithms and their advantages,a new localization algorithm based on weighted correction is proposed,which effectively improves the accuracy of localization algorithm.3.Reducing the error of location algorithm effectively through combining with parameter estimation theory.
