Web means paper,film,sheet,cloth,foil,silk,wire and other long continuous material.In the process of processing web,the problem of web deviation is widespread,which is mainly solved by tracing the edges of materials or marking lines.Infrared detection or ultrasonic detection system has a single working mode,the output rate of domestic CCD detection system is not high or the detection range is not wide enough,while the cost of foreign CCD detection system is high.Therefore,the low-cost system with high output rate,large detection range and adaptability to a variety of working modes has become a problem to be solved.In order to improve the output rate,increase the detection range and solve the problem of single working mode,on the basis of researching the current mainstream real-time web position tracking system,referring to the advantages and disadvantages of other systems,combining the advantages of FPGA in speed,the advantages of DSP in image processing,considering cost,applicability,stability and other factors,the system uses the way of FPGA+DSP.The image of the web is collected by the linear array CCD of RGB 5400 pixels driven by the FPGA and the high-speed AD chip AD9945,and the collected image information is stored in the dual-port RAM.The dual-port RAM is implemented in the internal of the FPGA,with the foundation of IP core.The image information in the RAM is removed by the EMIF,and the algorithm of finding the edge or marker line of the web is realized in the DSP,and output the location information real-time.The system can work either in EPC and LPC.From the chip selection to the design of the hardware schematic diagram of PCB design,and the principle of software design and its implementation,there are detailed instructions and respectively according to the scheme for the hardware design and software design of the system.Through the research of Sobel algorithm,the operator is optimized and modified to meet the application of the system,and the corresponding software is completed.The hardware of the system is debugged and verified.Using the designed web position tracking system,the edge or marking line of the collected web can be detected.The experimental results show that the web position real-time tracking system based on high-speed linear array CCD can complete the search and recognition of moving web edges and markers,and output the coil position information in real time.
