Modeling and simulation of visible light and infrared sensors is one of the important research contents in the field of photoelectric imaging technology.Through theoretical modeling and simulation,it can provide reference for the design and optimization of imaging system, and also avoid unnecessary military experiments and improve work efficiency. In this paper, through the establishment of spectral scenes, atmospheric radiation transmission, optical system analysis, detector conversion, signal processing circuit and other modules, combined with specific airborne scenarios, the system modeling and simulation of visible and near,mid-infrared scenes. The respective effects involved in the system are discussed separately for the respective spectral characteristics of the visible and infrared bands. For visible light,near-infrared,medi?m-wave infrared combined with different radiation sources, use ray tracing method, consider secondary scattering, establish a scattering model of the scene;analyze the zenith angle, sky background radiation, aerosol molecules in atmospheric radiation transmission The effect of the simulation, using Modtran4.0 to simulate the radiation transmission characteristics of the atmosphere;in the processing of the optical system, the linear effects are separately analyzed:diffraction, aberration, optical energy, nonlinear effects:distortion, vignetting and so on.According to the characteristics of different effects, the transfer function method, ray tracing method and image pixel processing method are used to analyze and correct the physical effects in the system. For the large field of view and high detection accuracy of the imaging system, the optics are utilized. In the detector conversion module, the spatial and temporal filtering effects of the MTF calculation system are used in the system to consider the undersampling effect and non-uniformity of the gaze focal plane imaging device. The 3D noise model is used to analyze the influence of noise effect, and the signal-to-noise ratio of the imaging system is analyzed.According to the different spectral responses of different sensors, different types of detectors in the visible and infrared bands are analyzed.By analyzing the imaging performance, the detector model suitable for the research scene is selected.Next, the signal processing circuit is briefly analyzed.Research,by abstracting the processing circuit into a filter, simulating it with its transfer function.According to the above theoretical analysis, the sensor simulation model is established, and the system model is simulated and analyzed.Combine specific sea surface and surface vegetation detection data, the simulation analysis results are compared and verified. The specific application scenario-airborne detection is analyzed and analyzed. The resolution, contrast and the influencing factors of the detection field are analyzed in combination with the scene information.Considering the radiation transmission characteristics of the atmosphere, the visible light is selected from 500 to 600 nm.Reduces the effects of background light and atmospheric attenuation.By analyzing the imaging characteristics of different detection time, size field of view and same target under the detection height of 10km and the detection height of 1km,i It is found that when the observation zenith angle is 0 degrees and the solar zenith angle is close to 0 degrees, the attenuation of energy is the least due to the minimum optical path of the system. The light received by the detector can enter the optical system to the maximum extent, and the obtained system has the best detection characteristics.Especially in the visible light range, the detected radiance is greatly affected by the detection background and the detection angle.Through the research and analysis of imaging characteristics, the theoretical guidance of visible and infrared spectral imaging is realized.
