| In recent years,3D printing technology has developed rapidly,comsumer-grade 3D printer has entered people's lives,and children have the ability to DIY 3D model.Professional 3D modeling software is not friendly to children due to its complicated operation and long modeling time.3D modeling based on an image has the advantages of quick start and easy operation,children can be mastered only through preliminary training.For the 3D modeling method based on single complex image and its auxiliary curves,this paper calculates the depth of model based on the symmetry relationship of image and auxiliary curves,and the obtained 3D model has higher authenticity,modeling has higher freedom.Then this paper gives actual modeling case and prints model by 3D printer.The research has a good meaning and innovation.The work and research done in this paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the image preprocessing problem of children's toy modeling,a method of classifying the structural curves on image by symmetric relationship is studied.Getting the edge of image,discreting and completing image to obtain structural curves according to three kinds of special points,and identifying the special shape in structural curves.Taking the turning points and three kinds of special points as feature points,and the symmetrical relationship between the structural curves is obtained by twice-times comparison.(2)Aiming at the positional problem of the model in children's toys in 3D space,a method for calculating 3D coordinates of feature points on the structural curves by setting a symmetry plane is proposed.After inputting the image,user sets the symmetry plane,and calculates z coordinate of the feature points according to the symmetry relationship between the structural curves,thereby the 3D coordinates of the feature points are obtained.At this time,the arrangement of the feature points on the structural curves are irregular,so resampling processing is required.(3)Aiming at the problem of 3D modeling generation in children's toys modeling,a study that reading the depth information of the 3D model in auxiliary curves to generate a 3D model or generating a 3D model based on the expansion algorithm is made,and then combineing 3D models according to special points on the image.The auxiliary curves rotate and move,or getting the depth information of 3D model according to the position of the points in the distance field.Three kinds of special points on the image represent the positional relationship between the 3D models generated by each structural curves,and each 3D models are combined based on special points.The research of 3D modeling method of children's toys based on single complex image and its auxiliary curves is an important technology for 3D modeling,which has theoretical and practical significance.Based on the analysis of the status quo at home and abroad,this paper proposes a theoretical model based on single image and its auxiliary curves,and gives the specific algorithm of image preprocessing and 3D modeling,then gives the experimental results of the above algorithm and its application in reality.These results show that the method proposed in this paper is feasible. |
