With the proposal and implementation of the "Made in China 2025" power strategy,the manufacturing industry has developed rapidly,and China has gradually grown from a manufacturing powerhouse to a manufacturing powerhouse.Computer Numerical Control(CNC)system has played a vital role in modern manufacturing industry.With the increase in the complexity of workpiece modeling,the requirements for processing accuracy and processing efficiency have gradually increased.Traditional processing technology has been unable to meet the processing requirements.Interpolation algorithm is the core algorithm of CNC system,which directly affects the efficiency and quality of workpiece processing.The traditional CNC system only has basic interpolation algorithms such as straight lines and arcs.When processing,there are problems such as processing files and frequent acceleration and deceleration of the machine tool,which affect the processing quality.NURBS(Non-Uniform Rational B-Splines)curve interpolation algorithm can not only improve the processing efficiency and quality of the workpiece,but also reduce the burden of processing data transmission and storage.The core algorithm of processing.This paper conducts research on NURBS curve fitting and interpolation algorithms for continuous small line segments.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,This paper proposes an adaptive curve fitting algorithm based on precision control to deal with the problems of continuous machining path discontinuity caused by continuous small line segments.The discrete tool path strength is fitted into a NURBS curved tool path Processing,not only can increase the smoothness of the tool path,but also greatly compresses the amount of data and improves processing efficiency.Then,in view of the influence of various factors on the feed speed during the NURBS curve interpolation process,the NURBS curve feed speed constraint model is analyzed,and the constraints of the NURBS curve curvature and machine tool driving capacity on the feed speed are derived;The principle and calculation formula give a S-shaped acceleration and deceleration fast planning calculation method.Next,the theoretical basis of the NURBS curve is studied,two expressions of the NURBS curve are given,and several evaluation and derivation methods of the NURBS curve are introduced,and the arc length calculation method based on the Simpson integral method is given for the NURBS curve.The NURBS curve pre-interpolation segmentation method is given,the principle of calculating the NURBS curve interpolation point parameters based on the Taylor expansion method is deduced,and the NURBS curve interpolation based on Adams-Bashforth-Moulton is proposed based on in-depth research Compensation algorithm improves the stability of interpolation and effectively controls the speed fluctuation rate.Finally,the algorithm proposed in this paper is verified by simulation.The simulation results show that the NURBS curve fitting algorithm proposed in this paper greatly compresses the amount of data and effectively controls the fitting error.The proposed NURBS curve interpolation algorithm can also effectively improve machining efficiency and machining accuracy,and is suitable for high-speed and high-precision CNC machining.
