With the rapid development of Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025,more and more opportunities and challenges are brought to manufacturing.As an important means to solve the resource sharing and rational allocation of enterprises,scheduling has been valued by many scholars and enterprises.The degree of automation of modern enterprise equipment has been greatly improved,but human capital has increased significantly.In order to save the cost,many enterprises have begun to cultivate multi-skilled workers intentionally.It is possible to operate multiple machines simultaneously,which can bring higher production efficiency and lower production cost to enterprises.However,it also poses a challenge to the traditional workshop scheduling and management system,and reasonable staffing has become another important problem to be solved by contemporary enterprises.In the real manufacturing systems,such as learning,forgetting,fatigue recovery and other activities,people often is complex,the same operator in performing the same tasks may have different operational efficiency.Therefore,the matching of personnel and equipment and tasks in fuzzy environment has become the focus of enterprises.In this paper,the operator allocation and scheduling problem for flexible job shop with fuzzy processing time was studied.First of all,according to the analysis of current manufacturing enterprises,the research background and significance was summarized;Then,the related literatures were consulted,and the operator allocation and scheduling problem for FJSP with fuzzy processing time was mainly elaborated and summarized.The necessity of the research on this issue was described academically.Subsequently,the mathematical model of the problem was established,and the solution of the problem was introduced according to the mathematical model and related research methods.After then,a hybrid of ant colony and genetic algorithms based on the analysis of resource allocation.Among them,The ant colony algorithm performed a fulfill resource allocation,while the genetic algorithm carried out the schedule jobs without violating the result from the cert resource allocation scheme;At the same time,in order to allocate equipment and personnel expediently with travel ants,the algorithm constructed the traveling map of ants which update method of heuristic information and designed the calculation;Thirdly,in order to promote convergence of the genetic algorithm,it designed a real coding based on priority values of process and son-father sort policies of elitist.Finally,two different size instanceswas selected in internship business and the necessity and complexity of this research was proved by compare the result of one of the instances considering employee's different efficiency and regardless of staff efficiency.Simultaneously,analyzed the main parameters of the hybrid through experiments of two different size instances and comparing with the results of other algorithm,illustrate the hybrid can better solve the problems of operator allocation and jobs scheduling in flexible job-shop with fuzzy processing time.
